| Ivory has never had to carry a work load and can't because he tips plays. He can't pass protect and he can't catch. In the long run he's a liability to an offense outside of a limited role because he's only useful as a downhill runner. Gerhart is a functional player on all downs and doesn't tip plays. Granted, he's not the downhill runner Ivory is, but I think it evens itself out a bit. I'd still favor Ivory but it's not that big a difference in value for me.
When I say all the Jaguars WRs are better I mean Shorts, Lee, and Robinson. I won't count Hurns and Blackmon because I don't want to hurt your feelings.
Decker and Kerley are one of the worst 1-2 combos in the NFL. Who are worse? |

- List of offensive players on the Jets that would make the Lions roster:
1. D'Brickashaw Ferguson. Starter at LT. Reiff kicks in to LG.
2. Nick Mangold. Starter at C
3. Eric Decker. #3 WR. He'd get starter snaps but not be designated as a starter. Lombardi uses a base 12 personnel.
4. Geno Smith. #2 QB. Would take Orlovsky's spot as the field-back-up.
5. Breno Giacomini #4 OT. Can't play LT so he's behind Corey Hilliard. Is not activated unless a injury.
6. Chris Ivory #4 RB. Would not be activated for games because he is so shit in the passing game. Insurance for Joique or Reggie, while Theo stays active in his special teams role.
That is the full list. 2 Starters. 2 Game Day Reserves. 2 End of the Bench Guys. Kerley makes that receiving corps. Other than that, ok, but the Lions have one of the best offenses in the league. And Ivory as a #3/#4 behind Joique & Reggie would give them the best backfield in the league, and the depth to stay in that position if any injuries occur. |

| But seriously, when is the last time a QB has looked good playing for the Jets? Chad Pennington around 04 or 05? It says A LOT about the organization when LaDanian Tomilnson ranks among top 3 reciever they've brought in the last 10 year. It's no coincidence that even Brett Favre was terrible for that team & goes and has an MVP year for the Vikings the next year lol. |

| Jacksonville: Shorts/Robinson is comparable. I'd favor Jacksonville. Kansas City: Bowe/Avery is comparable. I'd favor Kansas City. Oakland: Jones/Streater is comparable. I'd favor Oakland.
New England: Edelman/Lafell is comparable. I'd favor the Jets.
Carolina: Benjamin/Cotchery is worse. St Louis: Quick/Britt is worse.

| Kerley might beat out Ryan Broyles, but I have my doubts. They're very similar players, really, and Broyles has six snaps all season I believe. |

| When all the Rams WR's are healthy, I'm taking STL. In fact Stedman & Tavon played w/ Geno at WVU & Geno's WR core in college was even better than what he has in New York. But New England & KC's WR's are fucking terrible tho, so they can compare. |

| I wish the Rams would just give up on him and trade him to the Lions so he could be a hybrid Sproles/Harvin type player he needs to be. |

| BTW CJ is trash, Burdur. Get over it. And Ivory is a hard runner. Him not being good in the passing game makes up for it when he pounds it up the middle in the running game. The Jets got no one else. |

| And Russell Wilson kind of just proved my point. He's a pretty average NFL QB... just plays on a really good team. |

| TBH Dallas should have won by like 20. Sloppiest game of the year mixed with some turnovers.

| Russ is better than Sanchez or Geno IMO but not in the class with Brady, Manning, and Rodgers.
Oh, by the way, Rodgers is clearly the best QB in the league. It's fucking ridiculous the throws that asshole makes. |
