I'm bringing this back with a new twist. Ratings will be decided based on 4 categories. The scale will still be 1-10 in each category (with .5 ratings allowed) and they will be averaged into one core number rating. Then there will be an average between each person's ratings. Probably won't eliminate outlier ratings this time but people shouldn't be giving ridiculous ratings just because..

It'll only include superstars from the main roster. Also, you should only judge each superstar based on what they've done & how they've performed since WrestleMania 30 until now. It doesn't matter how much they've done or how long they've been on WWE's main roster in that time span... it's about how well they've done. Although it's fair to give someone more credit over another due to a larger sample size of matches/promos/feuds they've had with the company.

Before we start, I want to see how many people would actually get involved with this. Also in the mean time, we should discuss what those 4 categories should be exactly.

The criteria:

Ring Work - How well they perform in matches would obviously be needed.

Mic Skills - Seems obvious to add as well BUT the question is, would this category be unfair to certain superstars who are great in many areas but simply can't work the mic (or are barely even given the opportunity to)?... I would say yes it should be included since you need it to be the total package.

Drawing Ability - Ability to draw/entertain a crowd, sell tickets/merchandise, and get fans behind/against them.

Consistency? - I think this could be a category. Certain superstars shine at times and flop at other times while some of the top superstars are consistently great. You can count on them to deliver on almost any given night.

Or maybe...

Storytelling? - This could include both storytelling in matches & in storylines/feuds.

We could go with either consistency, storytelling or some other criteria that's brought up in this thread. Maybe even make it 5 categories to add more factors to consider.

Also I think this will be a good time to do this with the roster split draft coming up. We can kinda compare how the site views WWE's superstars with how they view their own superstars in a kayfabe sense of when they are drafted.

Drawing ability? Everyone should be low in that department except for John Cena

Man, if Cena is supposed to be the apex of drawing ability then Reigns should be pretty high up there too on resemblance.

I guess you don't pay attention to ratings or house show attendance.

Anyone who would like to take part in this, post in this thread and say so. You wouldn't be obligated to do it, I just wanna know the interest level, just a general number of people I could expect to give ratings for each superstar if I do this.

Burdur, I know you jack off Roman Reigns, but he's not a good draw. Getting shit on everywhere he goes when he's trying to get cheered isn't a good thing.

I don't even LOVE Roman Reigns I just think he gets way too much hate that he doesn't deserve. For example, I like Rollins & Ambrose waaaaaaaaaay more but that doesn't mean Reigns shouldn't have been WWE champion when he was.
