As the audience is still in shock at the in ring return of Shade, it appears they won't be seeing him in action immediately as Razor is going to start the match for his team, with the Intercontinental Champion taking the lead for the Short Change Heroes. With Danny and Shade on the apron, Razor and Rob begin circling one another. Shortly after they start doing this, they lunge forward at each other, both men thinking of a Collar-and-Elbow Tie-Up. After a brief period of struggling, Chapman ducks down, dropping to his knees and flipping Razor onto his back with a surprising Fireman's Carry, as Rob floats over whilst doing the move into a belly-to-back pin. Xtreme kicks out before a count of one and the two men shoot back up their feet, instantly going back into the Collar-and-Elbow Tie-Up. This time, it's Razor with the transition, as he falls backwards, pulling Rob with him and flipping the Intercontinental Champion onto his back, Xtreme continuing and flipping himself onto Rob. All of this is done whilst keeping the Tie-Up applied, until Razor finally releases it, just before jumping from his knees to his feet. He leaps again, looking for a Double Foot Stomp to the chest of Rob, but Chapman has other plans, rolling out of the ring. Quickly, Chapman spins his leg into the back of Razor's ankles, tripping him. He quickly jumps back to his feet and attempts a standing Moonsault, only for Razor to take a page out of his opponent's book and roll out of the way, actually rolling in towards Rob, whom jumps over him with the attempted maneuver, but lands on his feet. As Chapman regains his balance, following the missed maneuver, Razor gets back to his feet. Having had quite enough of this back and forth scenario, "The Highest Level" damn near slaps the taste out of Rob's mouth. As the audience jeers heavily at the disrespect shown by Razor, the Champion rubs his cheek before looking at his opponent and letting out a slight chuckle. He then shoots into the air, Dropkicking Razor directly in the jaw, causing him to fall backwards, stumbling through the ropes next to his partner Shade and crashing outside of the ring. The jeers turn to cheers following this, as Rob stands ready, looking out of the ring at Razor to see when he's getting up. As Xtreme slowly rises to his feet, Rob runs in the opposite direction, ricocheting off of the ropes and then dashing full speed ahead towards Razor, leaping into the air and looking to crash into the former World Heavyweight Champion with an over the top rope Suicide Dive! Unfortunately for Rob, he didn't notice Shade standing there on that side of the ring, the returning superstar decking him with a vicious haymaker while he was airborne! Rob drops like a very Canadian fly onto the floor, right next to a standing Razor, whom looks up at Shade with a smile, nodding in approval.

|CEDAR| The back and forth action is already picking up in our main event. Just when you thought Rob had the upper hand, Shade came out of nowhere with a right hook, swatting Rob like a fly in mid-air."

|MILES| "Well, the dumb fuck tried to go for a Suicide Dive on Shade's side of the ring. The fuck did Canada's Most Wanted expect?"

The number one contender to the World Heavyweight Championship pulls Rob back to his feet and then rolls him into the ring, following in after him. Instead of going for the pin, however, Razor decides to make the tag to "The Ultimate Synner". As Shade enters the ring, Razor pulls the Canadian wrestler back to his feet and holds his arms behind his back, keeping Chapman from moving. With Rob unable to fight out of this predicament, Shade lands numerous boxing-like punches to the ribcage of his adversary. Once he's finished tearing apart Rob's abdomen, he turns around and rushes to the ropes. Rebounding off of them, Shade returns as Razor lets go of Rob and dodges to the side, the former 2WWF World Champion drilling Chapman in the face with a Big Boot that echoes throughout the building! As Xtreme exits onto the ring apron, Shade goes for the cover. One! Tw—Kickout at one and a half! The audience cheers the early kickout, but Shade doesn't seem too impressed. He pulls Rob back to his feet and begins landing very stiff European Uppercuts to the man known as "LionHeart".  Each Uppercut knocks Rob back a step until he's backed up against the corner of the ring that he doesn't want to be in. Shade tags in Razor and the longest reigning XWA Intercontinental Champion in history enters the ring. The duo of wrestlers each take a wrist of Rob, readying to do a Double Irish Whip. Instead of letting Rob go running into the Short Change Heroes' corner, they pull him back as viciously as they can, Chapman slamming back-first against the turnbuckles, his head cracking back in a whiplash-like effect. As Shade exits onto the apron, Razor pulls Rob closer to the center of the ring and then lands a Snapmare, transitioning into a Seated Headlock. The audience jeers, at first, but then begins clapping in unison in an attempt to help will Chapman out of this predicament. Rob grits his teeth as he reaches back with both hands and grabs a hold of Razor's head. He then begins pulling himself back to his feet whilst holding the back of his opponent's head, before leaping up and dropping back down to a seated position, taking Razor with him and smashing his adversary's jaw into the top of his skull, performing a counter Jawbreaker! Xtreme jumps back, crashing on his spine as Rob drops to the canvas as well, the Headlock clearly having done damage.

|CEDAR| "Both men down, center of the ring. Rob really needs to make a tag right now. Shade and Razor have been tagging in and out, keeping themselves fresh, but Rob has yet to make a tag in this match."

|MILES| "Yeah, he's too busy trying to show off and getting his head caved in instead. Canada sucks."

Chapman, in dire need of a tag, slowly begins inching and crawling towards his good friend Danny. Just as he's coming close, reaching out for the tag, Shade is tagged back in. The pyromaniac runs in and quickly leaps into an Elbow Drop directed at the small of Rob's back. As Chapman lets out a not-so-silent scream, Shade scurries behind him and grabs him by the ankle, proceeding to drag him back to the center of the ring. Shade rains down stomps all over the body of the straight edge wrestler, before tagging Razor back into this contest. As the man who will challenge Danny for the World Heavyweight Championship at King of Xtreme begins ascending the turnbuckle, Shade pulls Rob up and places his head in between his legs. He then raises Rob onto his shoulders, whilst "The Master of Syn's" back is to Xtreme. Razor leaps off of the top rope, front flipping as he grabs Rob's head. Whilst he does this, Shade slams Chapman down with a Powerbomb, combined with Xtreme's Blockbuster, otherwise known as a Somersault Neckbreaker! As Shade slides out onto the apron, Razor goes for the cover, looking to put this match away once and for all. One! Two! Thr—But Danny makes the save, having seen quite enough. The audience pops big time for Danny saving the match up for the Short Change Heroes, as referee Jack Hammer tries to hold Diamond back. Razor gets back to his feet and begins shouting some trash talk at his soon-to-be one on one opponent. With a grin on the face of "XWA's Greatest of All Time", he turns his attention back to Chapman, only to receive a stiff kick to the side of his head; Rob landing an Enzuigiri out of the blue! The fans pop big once again as both men are down and Danny quickly pops back onto the apron, extending his hand as far over the top rope as he can, wanting the tag. Both of the legal competitors begin crawling towards their respective corners, looking to make the tag out. With the fans looking on in anticipation, they make simultaneous tags. Danny and Shade jump into the ring, "The Prized Gem" immediately landing a Clothesline to take down his opponent. Shade pops back up to his feet quickly, but receives a Spinning Heel Kick for his troubles. Once again, the pyromaniac makes it back to his feet, but this time he dodges the attempted move - a Sudden Death Superkick to the throat - but falling back and sliding out of the ring. The audience boos heavily as Shade walks around on the outside of the ring, a grin on his face. That grin is quickly wiped off, however, as Shade looks back up just in time to see Danny flying through the ropes, his arms to his side and his body stiffened, Diamond landing a beautiful No-Handed Suicide Dive! Again, the audience pops big time, as Danny jumps back up to his feet, letting out a warrior-like yell due to the excitement and adrenaline pumping in him.

|CEDAR| "The World Heavyweight Champion is in the match and he's making an immediate impact!"

|MILES| "Look ma, no hands!"

As Jack begins counting to ten, and with Danny not wanting to waste any more time yelling like a drunken idiot, he lifts Shade back to his feet and then Irish Whips him into the security barricade. "The Shine" rushes forward at Shade, only for the New York native to duck and Back Body Drop him directly over the security barricade and into the crowd! Danny actually manages to land on his feet, amongst the audience members, and, as Shade turns around, he nails him with a stiff punch to the face sending "The Terror of Death" stumbling backwards. Whilst Shade tries to regain his composure, Danny pulls himself onto the barricade. He waits for the opportune moment to strike, leaping into the air and straddling his legs around the shoulders of his adversary; Diamond pulling off a beautifully executed Hurricanrana with a twist to the side, sending Shade flipping and crashing back-first into the side of the steel steps! Noticing the referee now at a count of six, Danny pulls his foe back to his feet and slides him into the ring. He then pulls himself onto the ring apron and ascends one of the unoccupied corners of the squared circle. Unfortunately for Danny, Shade is already back to his feet by the time he's at the top rope. Seeing Shade rush forward towards him,  Danny somersaults over the head of his opponent, rolling on the canvas and shooting back up to his feet. Trying to regain control of the match, Shade quickly spins around towards Danny, but all he gets for this is a very painful Rolling Wheel Kick, dubbed the Towering Inferno, right to the face! Danny immediately goes for the cover following this. One! Two! Kickout at two! Not fretting at the kickout, and wanting to maintain the pressure on his opponent, Danny begins lifting Shade back to his feet, but the man from Albany fights back with punches to the ribs of Diamond. He fights his way back to his feet, before grabbing a hold of Danny's wrist and pulling him into a Short Arm Clothesline that damn near decapitates the World Heavyweight Champion! Shade takes a brief moment to catch his breath before tagging Razor back in. As Xtreme enters the ring, Shade pulls Diamond back to his feet and applies a Front Chancery, hooking the arm as he does so. He drags Danny, in this position, closer to the center of the ring, before planting him with a Vertical Suplex. Just as it lands, Razor rushes to the ropes, leaping into the air and springboarding off of the middle rope into a back flip, landing a perfectly executed Xtremesault! Xtreme goes for the cover. One! Two! Thr—Kickout at two and a half!

|CEDAR| "Excellent tag team work by Razor and Shade."

|MILES| "Best friends getting out-teamed by a random pairing. Is WWE booking this?"

Razor looks up at the official and holds up two fingers to make sure the count wasn't for three. After Jack nods, the challenger slams his palm off of the canvas in frustration and then gets back to work. He pulls Danny back to a vertical base, proceeding to Scoop Slam him onto the canvas in perfect positioning for a diving move out of his team's corner. It isn't going to be Razor doing the diving move, however, as he tags in Shade. Shade enters the ring and then ascends the ropes from the inside, climbing to the middle rope. He looks down at Danny, to make sure he's not going anywhere, before leaping into a Leg Drop that lands to perfection! He instantly goes for the cover. One! Two! Thr—But it's another close kickout! Shade wastes no time in pulling Danny back to his feet and applying a Front Facelock, looking for a DDT. He's surprised, however, when he's pulled off his feet and flipped back-first onto the canvas with a sudden Northern Lights Suplex from Diamond, landing in a bridged pin! One! Two! Thr—But Shade kicks out just in time, as Razor was half way through the ropes, ready to make the save. The two men get back to their feet, somewhat quickly, and run at each other, clubbing one another with Clotheslines at the same time! With the two men down, the audience begins cheering and clapping, trying to will Danny towards Rob to make the tag. He gradually gets closer and closer to the straight edge wrestler, reaching out and coming very close to make the tag, only for Shade to blast Rob right off the apron with a Big Boot! As he pulls his foot back over the top rope and into the ring, the maniacal Shade smirks at Rob. Fans boo heavily before Shade turns around, but he's hit with a very surprising Sudden Death Superkick, directly to the throat, from Danny! After Diamond hit his finishing maneuver, however, Shade dropped to the canvas and then rolled out of the ring, perhaps on instincts alone. Danny pounds the canvas with his fist numerous times in frustration, knowing he may have had the match won right there. Suddenly, Razor jumps into the ring and pulls Danny back to his feet, nailing him with a forceful punch to the face before pulling him onto his shoulders. The fans boo loudly as Razor drops Danny's face, bringing his knee into it with a Go To Sleep dubbed the Razor's Edge! Now it's Danny taking a finishing maneuver, but he doesn't roll out of the ring, instead simply dropping to the canvas, not moving an inch. With the fans booing heavily, Razor exits the ring and gets back on the apron. Outside of the ring, Rob has made it back to his feet, as he's pulling Shade back up. He goes for an Irish Whip, but Shade reverses into one of his own, sending Rob straight into the steel steps! He quickly slides back into the ring and, seeing Danny down, goes for the cover. One! Two! Thre—But somehow Diamond kicks out just in time!

|CEDAR| "Danny kicked out! This match is still alive, folks!"

|MILES| "How the fuck...Oh, right, he's Danny."

Now it's Shade slamming his fists angrily against the canvas as his opponent somehow kicks out of the Razor's Edge. Rising up, Shade first casts an uncertain glance at Razor. Was his partner's best good enough? He knew with certainty that his own was, but Razor Xtreme's? Putting the thought out of his already-crowded mind, Shade turns his gaze back on his opponent, and leans down to lift him up, when he sees something out of the corner of his eye that causes him to whip around to the opposite side. Across the ring, Chapman has recovered from his little excursion into the steel steps, and has made his way up to the apron; the referee is the only thing holding Chapman back from entering the ring, as he fights with the official. Gritting his teeth, Shade charges back across the ring toward the Canadian competitor, and Rob quickly shoves the referee out of the way! As Shade rears his arm back for a Clothesline, the Straight Edge competitor thinks quickly and ducks down, ramming the oncoming New Yorker in the abdomen with his shoulder! As Shade is doubled over, Chapman looks up, locking eyes with his rising tag partner and exchanging nods with Diamond. Gripping the top rope, Chapman vaults into the ring, somersaulting over Shade's back with a beautiful Sunset Flip! The move doesn't bring Shade down, however; he stands his ground. And that's exactly the idea, as Danny charges forward and spins his body around, swinging his arm to clock The Ultimate Synner across the back of the head with a beautiful Discus Lariat! Rob releases Shade's legs at the point of impact, rolling out of the ring as the native of Albany falls forward, draping himself across the middle rope. Danny remains on the canvas for a moment, struggling to rise from all fours. Still trying to catch his breath from the Razor's Edge for more than a few seconds of desperation, whilst Rob walks around the ring to ascend to his assigned corner of the ring. As Danny finally finds his feet, he looks forward to see Shade still draped across the middle rope, reeling from that particularly nasty Lariat. Shaking his head, The Shine lays into the once-upon-a-time-institutionalized wrestler with recurring forearm clubs, causing him to bounce up and down like a Low Rider in a Pop Tarts commercial! Just as suddenly as the assault starts, it stops. It turns out to be a brief pause, as Danny uses the top rope to vault himself into a handstand, turning himself in mid-air and crashing back down onto Shade with a Cross Body! Danny rolls off of Shade's back as the breath is knocked right out of the chest of The Terror of Death!

|CEDAR| "Nice combination by the Short Change Heroes, and a nice Cross Body by Danny!"

|MILES| "About time they remembered how to tag team! They were getting trampled worse than a fat kid's confidence!"

As Shade is essentially launched back into the ring, Danny is on top of him as soon as his back touches the mat, pressing his shoulders to the canvas with a Lateral Press! Jack Hammer slides in to count the pun attempt! One! Two! No, kickout at two! There's no tantrum being thrown this time; Danny knows he has Shade reeling closer toward the edge of defeat! Hastily, he pushes himself back to his feet, and then lifts Shade off of the canvas by his arm. Wrenching it with as much force as he can, he pulls Shade toward him and attempts to send the native of Albany toward Chapman's corner with an Irish Whip. As Shade begins to run, however, he quickly digs his heel into the canvas and halts, spinning around on his axis and raising his other foot toward the head of his opponent. Pressing the sole of his boot against Danny's cheek, Shade throws himself backwards into the mat, driving Danny's head into his foot to take him down with an unorthodox Jawbreaker! Diamond goes down hard, clutching at his Mandible as a winded Shade covers him very hastily. The quickness of Danny's kickout is surprising; barely a two count before his shoulder is off of the mat! Shade grimaces and sucks in as much air as he possibly can, rising up off of the sweat-stained canvas with fire in his eyes. With a handful of Diamond's jet black hair, he yanks the Englishman to his feet and quickly locks Danny's head between his knees. With a monstrous burst of strength, he flips The Rubix Cube up onto his shoulders in a Powerbomb Position... and holds him  there! With Danny suspended above the ring canvas, Shade begins to march around, showing off his dominance with powerful strides! Finally, Hell's Pyromaniac finds his target; the corner of the ring in which Razor Xtreme stands, waiting eagerly for a chance to punish his opponent for King of Xtreme! Warning Razor to move, he grants his partner all of about a second before charging across the ring and hurling his opponent straight into the turnbuckle with a vicious Powerbomb! As Danny's back strikes the corner pad with the force of a small missile, Razor and Shade exchange a tag. Before Danny knows what's going on, XWA's Greatest Of All Time is in the ring, stomping a Mudhole into his chest and walking it dry!

|CEDAR| "Razor's putting the boots to Diamond in there! The Champ needs to find a way to tag out, or he may find himself overcome by his adversaries here tonight!"

|MILES| "Only you can make a loss sound even fucking shittier than just: 'a loss'."

After laying in enough stomps to Diamond's chest to realistically knock anyone unconscious, Razor turns around and flashes a cocky grin at Chapman from across the ring. And the Straight Edge Outlaw, clearly still... a little sore about last week, plays right into Razor's hand, daring the Californian to come closer. For a moment, it seems like he's going to give Rob exactly what he wants, as he sprints toward the ropes on Chapman's side of the ring... until he stops dead in his tracks, laughing like an ass, and shaking his head at his opponent's miserable reaction. Flashing an arrogant smirk, RX takes off once again, this time running toward the adjacent ropes at an angle. As he bounds back, he makes a beeline for the still-seated Diamond and succeeds in drilling him in the chest with a low Dropkick! Danny looks like he's going to be sick as he falls to one side in a crumpled heap. Scrambling to his feet, XWA's Savior quickly capitalizes on his opponent's weariness, hoisting the Heavyweight Champion back to his feet and securing a front chancery on the Englishman, hooking the shorter man's arm over his shoulder. With a mighty heave, the Number One Contender for Danny's Championship takes him overhead with a surprisingly fluid Vertical Suplex, followed by an even more graceful float-over! With Danny's shoulders pinned to the ground, the referee enters the picture once more. One! Two! Th- no! Kickout by Diamond! The crowd cheers gratefully! Visibly shocked, Razor blinks several times in confusion before narrowing his brow and glaring down at The Prized Gem. Frustration rears its ugly head in the form of equally ugly elbow strikes between Diamond's eyes, and to the bridge of his nose, as Razor seeks to keep his enemy down. Once Diamond's been battered sufficiently, RX slaps his hands off of the canvas and rises to his feet in an aggravated hurry. He begins to ascend the corner of the ring that his opponent stands beside, and the same corner that Diamond had been seated in moments ago. He doesn't see it. Reaching the top, The Highest Level looks to ascend even higher than his name insinuates. Raising his arms above his head in a display of confidence, Razor Xtreme comes as close as he can to touching the sky! And in that moment, he looks to his side on a whim and discovers that he's not alone up there. The look of horror on his face- and Shade's- says it all, as, from atop the opposite corner of the ring Rob Chapman comes running across the top rope, leaving his feet in the closing inches to throw himself feet-first at Razor, connecting with a devastating Dropkick that knocks Razor off of the corner and sends him flying into the barricade whilst Chapman lands in the ring! Not surprisingly, there is a unified chorus of "Holy Shit" making the rounds throughout the arena!

|MILES| "Holy fucking shit! Rob, this isn't fucking Cirque Du Soleil, it's fucking wrestling you puck-headed goon!"

|CEDAR| "My god what a move by Chapman! Right across the top rope, like a damn Trapeze artist! He just about kicked Razor straight into the crowd!"

As the Short Change Heroes steadily recuperate, Shade looks like he's about to have a brain aneurysm on the ring apron! While Rob slowly gets up, the referee begins trying to remove the Intercontinental Champion from the ring. And whilst Chapman shows co-operation at first, he begins trying to fight past the referee as he watches Shade enter the ring illegally to begin putting the boots to his tag team partner! And of course, because the laws of wrestling demand it, rather than turn around and listen to Chapman's claims, the official begins pushing Chapman harder towards the ring's edge, ignoring his pleas and letting Shade get away with doing as much damage to Danny as he possibly can! Finally, furiously, the "War Machine" exits to the ring apron, just as Shade does so to keep his cover. As the referee turns around to lay eyes upon an inexplicably battered Danny Diamond, Razor Xtreme makes his return to the ring before any sort of count can begin. After sliding in, he rises, clutching grievously at his ribs for a moment. Wearing that same smirk, aimed at an enraged Chapman. That same fucking smirk from moments ago. Rob lunges toward the ring, but stays on the apron with the ropes clenched firmly in hand as Razor makes his way toward Diamond... and gets pulled into a Small Package Pin from nowhere! Jack quickly drops to count the pin attempt, but as he reaches a count of two, Shade manages to break it up with a hard kick to the back of Danny's head! The two competitors fall apart, and Shade makes his way back onto the apron, taking solace in the symphony of jeers coming at him from all sides. Despite it, Danny and Razor make it to their feet at about the same time. With a vindictive stare, RX charges at the Heavyweight Champion, only to be taken down with a quick clothesline by his adversary! Though he hits the mat, Xtreme pops back up quickly, hardly fazed. As he rushes Diamond again, Razor only finds himself staring at the lights as he's taken down by another clothesline! This time, Danny doesn't wait for Razor to find his feet; he finds them for him, yanking RX off of the canvas, and hooking his arm over his shoulder, back flipping and driving Razor's shoulders and back straight into the mat with a beautiful C4! Danny used Seismic Toss! As the Heavyweight Champion covers his Number One contender in a pinning predicament, however, we quickly learn that it's not super effective against Razor, who kicks out at a count of two! Woebegone, Danny shakes his head in disbelief, even checking with the official, who reiterates the two count to the Englishman. Danny doesn't have his attention for long, though, as Shade tries to enter into the ring again! Danny quickly rises and yells at Shade, telling him to do something that starts with "Fuck" and ends with "Off", before turning around and beginning to lift Razor to his feet. As Shade continues to fight the referee, he keeps the act up just long enough for his rising partner to go down low with a vicious shot between Danny's legs! Like a vacuum in reverse, air leaves Danny's lungs as he exhales in pain! The crowd boos furiously as Shade continues to try and enter the ring, keeping up his enraged act and giving Razor more time to lay into Danny with illegal closed-first punches!

|MILES| "Shit! Chapman's balls just got literally fucked by Razor's arm! Literally, Theodore! LITERALLY."

|CEDAR| "I don't think you're using that word in the right context, Joey..."

|MILES| "You are literally a fat fucking cunt right now, Theodore. Literally!"

Shade finally scowls at the official as he ducks back out onto the apron all the way. It's not until Jack Hammer turns around to see Razor lifting Danny into position for another powerbomb, that Shade smirks confidently, much to Chapman's chagrin, as he begins yelling in support of his partner, trying to will him on. With surprising power, Xtreme hoists Danny high in a Powerbomb position and takes a couple of steps forward, facing Chapman's corner as he reaches the center of the ring. With as much power as he can muster, The Rated Y2X Superstar begins to deliver Diamond to the canvas at high velocity... giving the Heavyweight Champion all of the momentum he needs as he keeps his legs latched around Razor's head and flips backwards, throwing Razor across the ring with a Hurricanrana variant that sends him shoulder-first into the turnbuckle's corner-post! The Number One contender screams in pain as he slowly backs out of the corner. It's nothing compared to what's coming as Danny finally hobbles over to his corner and slaps his partner's outstretched hand, tagging Chapman into the match! Rob doesn't even need to leave the apron to enter the action, as he hastily grabs Razor's inflated head, pulling it out of the ring beneath the top rope, and drills it hard with a Knee Strike! The move knocks Razor flat on his back, aligned perfectly with the rope beside him. Perfect. Gripping the top rope firmly, Chapman springs into action, leaping onto the top rope, and then hopping across to land seated on the adjacent rope as his body is catapulted into a back flip directly into his opponent's chest! The Arabian Press connects hard, and Chapman secures the easy pin with a firm hook of the leg! Jack Hammer counts the pin: One! Two! No! Razor kicks out at two! Rob wastes no time with needless questioning; LionHeart simply gets to his feet and presses onward. As Razor slowly rises to all fours, Chapman's face lights up with a devious grin. An audible "FUCK!" can be heard from across the ring by Razor's tag partner as Chapman prepares himself, letting out a resounding shout of "BOOM!" as he takes off towards the opposite ropes. Once again, the side of the ring that Shade resides at. As he prepares to knock his opponent's block off, however, Shade is both surprised and horrified as Rob swings his foot as high as it'll go, kicking him clean in the face and knocking him down to the floor! Chapman's roar of "HEADSHOT!" is seconded by the capacity crowd as he turns his attention back to Razor Xtreme! With the Number One contender still on his hands and knees, Chapman takes off at a dead run, looking for a double kill, but the Yakuza Kick is denied at the last second as Razor straightens up and catches Rob's outstretched leg, moving past him to take him down to the canvas and roll him up with School Boy pin! Fucking camper! Jack quickly drops to count the pin, snapping Danny out of his weary daze on the apron. One! Quickly, now that the referee's eyes are down, Razor swings his lower body around to use the ropes for leverage on the side of the ring adjacent to Danny! Two! "Oi! He's using the bloody ropes, Jack! Look the fuck up!" Danny screams in a furious panic! Thr- Jack stops counting abruptly, as, surprisingly, he actually looks up to catch Razor in the act of cheating! He immediately stands up and begins admonishing the number one contender for his actions, causing Razor to let go of the pin and begin arguing with the referee!

|CEDAR| "Good for Danny! Razor shouldn't need to use the damn ropes just to get a pinfall!"

|MILES| "Hey! Cheaters don't tell the referee that other cheaters are cheating! That's fucking cheating!"

|CEDAR| "I can't even begin to point out how much is wrong with your logic, Joey."

As Razor steals Jack's attention, Shade sees his window of opportunity and sneaks into the ring AGAIN! The Master Of Syn crosses the ring in a flash, stopping Rob from getting at Razor from the referee's back, and whipping him around by the shoulder to immediately feed him a savage punch to the chest! While not ideal, the variant of Shade's signature Heart Punch seems to do the trick as Rob clutches at his chest and begins to stagger! Shade grins malevolently as he grabs Rob's head and reels him in, hooking his arm and raising him high, for what appears to be a Vertical Suplex! Having seen enough, Danny immediately enters the ring and sets his sights on Shade! Jack sees him enter, but it's too late to stop the chaos; at the peak of Shade's suplex, he spins Rob's body, preparing to drop him with a Shotgun Stunner, but Danny's not going to have any of it- he blasts Shade with a savagely hard Super Kick to the throat! It's Sudden Death for Shade as the impact knocks the cultist down and allows Rob to land on his feet! Unfortunately, Temporary Death, is, in fact, still in effect, as Rob finds it hard to get his bearings, allowing Razor enough time to wrap both arms around his mid-section, taking him up and over with a terrifying Release German Suplex! Chapman lands on his neck, practically folding in half as Razor bounds back to his feet and sets his sights on the illegal man. The incoming illegal man! Danny rips across the ring with violent intent, but Razor steps forward to meet him, catching the Cheshire native unexpectedly with a Double Leg  Takedown! Razor holds on, and Danny begins flailing in a panic as he realizes what's coming; Danny's struggles prove to be in vain as Razor turns him over and sits down, securing an Elevated Boston Crab, known and feared as The Xtreme Walls!

|CEDAR| "The Xtreme Walls! The Xtreme Walls! Danny's trapped in The Walls!"

|MILES| "GODDAMNIT RAZOR, YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO DO THAT TO THE ONE WHO'S FUCKING TAGGED IN!"

Danny roars in pain, and Jack Hammer turns his attention from Shade to Razor, pleading with the Californian to let Danny go, lest he throw out the match. Razor seems fairly apathetic to the official's words, and continues applying pressure to Diamond's spine! Trying to break his opponent for King of Xtreme! Just when it seems that we're about to see another disqualification thanks to Razor Xtreme, something unexpected comes flying across the ring at breakneck speed!

"BOOM!"

"HEADSHOT!"

Chapman damn near kicks the fucking face right off of Razor's head! The savage Headshot knocks Razor right off of Danny's body, and just about knocks Razor out cold! With a primal scream, Chapman looks to the sky, before looking back down at his opponent. With Shade and Danny down, Chapman is able to put his focus solely on Razor. And after last week, that means bad things for XWA's Savior. Unknowingly, Razor begins climbing to his feet, trying to remember the plate on the truck that just hit him. And Chapman is waiting, stalking Razor like a mantis. As Xtreme attains a vertical base, he wobbily staggers right into his opponent, who lifts the number one contender for Danny's title onto his shoulders with a Fireman's Carry! The crowd roars in approval as Chapman hoists Razor up off of his shoulders, dropping him straight into a knee strike across the forehead! The Razor's Edge! Chapman connects with the Razor's Edge TO Razor Xtreme! Razor's out like a broken light bulb as Chapman drops to his knees and looms over his opponent. The sound of movement startles the Intercontinental Champion, as Shade rises to his feet and charges at him- he's cut off by a rampaging Danny Diamond, who nearly rips him in half with a Spear, before bridging over him into a pin! The pin itself doesn't count, but Rob gets the message; dropping down, Rob hooks Razor's leg as Jack begins to count this pin!

One! Two! Three!



The bell rings to signal the winner, as The Heavy's "Short Change Hero" begins to play throughout the arena among a sea of cheering fans!

|WATTS| "Ladies and Gentlemen! Your winners, Rob Chapman, and Danny Diamond: The Short Change Heroes!"

|CEDAR| "That's it! That's the match! The Short Change Heroes pull through with the victory!"

|MILES| "Jesus fucking Christ, what a match! If I had ovaries, they'd have exploded like ten fucking times!"

|CEDAR| "It's a shame you only have testicles, that couldn't do the same, partner."

|MILES| "OI! WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME, CHEEKY CUNT?"

As Chapman and Diamond slowly get to their feet in the ring, looming over the defeated bodies of Shade and Razor Xtreme, the lights dim low. Spotlights illuminate the two men standing, as the official steps between them and raises their arms victoriously. The Short Change Heroes stand tall, looking rather ominous as the XWA logo appears in the corner of the screen to signal the end of the show.

|CEDAR| "That's it for Vendetta, ladies and gentlemen! Join us next week for more hard-hitting action! And catch all the fallout on XWA.com!"

|MILES| "I'LL FUCKIN' WRECK YOU, MATE!"

Vendetta fades out. Cue commercial.

DING DING DING

As both teams decide who they want to start the match, referee Jack Hammer sets the stage for this epic main event. They are done deciding, as Shade looks to start things for team nutjob and Rob Chapman is going to start things off for Short Change. Danny and Razor both stand on their respective aprons, staring each other down. Razor quickly begins to taunt Danny, as Diamond remains serious – trying to keep his game face on. Rob and Shade head towards the center of the ring as they quickly wrap up in a lock-up of arms! Rob slowly gets the upper-hand, having ten pounds of advantage over Shade. Rob manages to push him into the turnbuckle as Mr. Hammer quickly begins to count him. Before he can even get to 2, Rob backs off and puts both hands up to show it. Big mistake, as Shade quickly shoots a big back kick to Rob's gut. As soon as Chapman bends over, the psychotic Shade pounces with quick right-forearm shots to the back of Rob's neck. The Ultimate Synner quickly presses Rob against the ropes and then whips him to the opposite side as hard as he can. Chapman proves why he's XWA's Intercontinental champion as he quickly counters by dropping Shade with a big-time shoulder block! An impressive feat, as though Rob is 10 pounds heavier, he is also 6 inches shorter, and yet he manages to drop the tower of a man to the ground with a big time tackle.

Cedar: “Rob showing Shade that he still has the upper hand. These two are by no means friends, so one-upping each other is going to be a big role here.”

Miles: “Just get to the ass-kicking already, shit!”

Rob quickly runs to the ropes to the right of the floored Shade as Shade doesn't bother to play to classic wrestling etiquette as instead of following the chain, Shade quickly pounces up and lands on Rob with a powerful Lou Thesz Press, which he follows with a flurry of uncontrolled rights and lefts, most of which barely graze the IC champ due to the lack of any focus by The Ultimate Synner. Shade gets off him before Hammer can even scold him, allowing Rob to get up quickly. But as soon as he does, Shade drops him right back down with a short-armed clothesline! Rob springs back up to his feet, but gets hit with another. Razor is loving this over on the outside. Chapman gets back up angrily once again, and the largest man of the match, Shade, goes for a third short armed clothesline. But, as soon as he swings for it, Rob ducks under it. An unexpected arm whip by Rob hits Shade as he quickly turns to capitalize. Shade rolls up to his feet quickly and Rob gets him with a second arm-whip, but this time he keeps the bigger man on the ground, locking his arm in place for a grounded submission. It is too early for that, and Shade has too much life in him to let this go on for too long. He quickly uses his free left arm to throw hard punches to the smaller man's exposed skull. Chapman releases the arm as Shade quickly rolls to his feet. Amidst the pain he's in, Rob tries to keep the upper-hand here, as he may not have it later. He quickly springs to the ropes and bounces back at full speed, once again – a mistake. Shade uses his tenacity to spring up, scissor his legs, and nail Rob in the skull with a picture-perfect Bicycle kick! The crowd “Ooooohs” for the immense power behind that attack. Early on in this match, Shade looks to get the pin, as he may have just taken Rob's head clean off!

“One!”

“Tw-!” - Kickout almost before the “2”

Cedar: “Rob manages to kick out after that major blast to the skull!”

Miles: “Beautiful move by motherfuckin' Shade! SHADE AINT NUTHING TA FUCK WIT!”

Shade gets up and quickly goes over to his corner, tagging his partner, the opportunistic Razor Xtreme. Almost as soon as their hands make contact, the crowd begins to boo, and Y2X springs into action. Razor darts into the ring through the middle rope and quickly takes advantage of the downed Rob as he sits him up on his ass before locking in a quick modified dragon-sleeper by wrenching his left arm under Chap's and using his right arm to choke him out. Razor begins to aggressively pull away at the limbs of Rob, trying to really piss Danny off – and it's working. If not the attack on his best friend, then it's that stupid smile on Razor's face as he stares at Danny while choking the Intercontinental champion out. Danny gets a frown on his face, he is just dying to rip Razor's face right off. Rob begins to struggle, but the dragon sleeper is in tight, and it doesn't seem to be coming off. Rob uses his free right elbow to attack as he throws it backwards, driving the point of it into Xtreme's skull. Razor doesn't release his hold, but he does loosen up a bit. Rob uses his athleticism to force himself up slowly, using his back and legs as leverage. Rob makes it to his feet, with Razor keeping the modified dragon-sleeper on him. But being on his feet, it's a lot easier for Rob to get out of this. Chapman throws another hard elbow, forcing Razor to loosen up the hold even more. At this point, Rob slides out of the choke and runs towards the ropes, foolishly deciding to not tag Danny in when he can. He bounces on the ropes and charges back at full speed, looking to pounce on the demented Razor Xtreme. However, since Razor is a fresher man, he manages to get the upper-hand, as Rob bounces back towards him only to eat the sole of Razor's right foot as Xtreme decks him with a hard Calf-Kick! Rob is back down to the mat as Xtreme quickly hooks the leg to go for another pin.

“One!”

“Two!” - kickout at around 2!

Miles: “Shit, I almost feel bad for Rob! He can't handle both of these guys!”

Cedar: “Rob desperately needs to make a tag to Danny A.S.A.P. He can't take a beating from both men for too long.”

Razor goes right back up to his feet as he stands up. He looks at Danny viciously once again before eyeing Rob, who is on his hands and knees. Razor yells “C'mon! Save him now, Champ!” before running forward and football-kicking him in the ribs. Danny is more and more angered as Razor looks to be enjoying the punishment he is dishing out. Razor quickly begins to throw stomps to Rob's back, trying to add fuel to the Danny Diamond fire. The World Champ begins pounding the turnbuckle, getting the crowd to clap along, trying to give Rob a spark to work off of. Razor ignores the pleas from the fans and continues to stomp away at Rob. He gets tired of stomping away and instead bends down to pick Chapman up. Razor manages to work him back up to his feet and then quickly locks his head in a facelock before wrapping his own head under Rob's arm, attempting to lift him up for a vertical suplex. However, Rob has found his spark. Chapman quickly launches himself overhead and lands on his feet behind Xtreme. He quickly wraps both arms under Razor's for a full nelson before launching him completely overhead with a powerful signature “Last Flight” - or release Dragon Suplex. The fans begin to cheer loudly as Rob rolls onto his side and Razor tends to his chest, which he landed on nastily. Chapman uses whatever energy he has to try and drag himself over to his partner's corner. He slowly works his way over as Danny is insane with energy. Rob crawls... and crawls... aaaaaand he tags in Danny Diamond! The crowd goes berserk as Danny almost literally flies into the ring, ready to get some!

Cedar: “Rob tags Danny! And things won't end up nicely for Razor!”

Miles: “What are you talking about? This is gonna be epic, Danny vs Razor – best match in history!”

Danny charges, using not only his rage – but the loud crowd cheers – to his advantage as he looks to dish out some punishment. He quickly rams Razor back and begins to swing a big flurry of right hands. Despite being uncontrolled, he manages to land most of them at full power. Razor uses his veteran instincts to back himself into a corner, forcing Jack Hammer to try and step in. Emphasis on try, as Danny is a relentless beast right now. He continues to pummel away at Razor in the corner as Jack begins to count down.

“1!”

“2!”

“3!”

“4!”

“C'MON DANNY!”

Hammer pries Danny back and almost has to throw him, as Double D marches to the center of the ring angrily. He then charges back towards Razor, who grabs himself up by the ropes behind him, raises both feet up, and kicks Danny square in the face. The world champ backs off for a second, and Razor quickly bitches off and charges towards his corner, tagging Shade into this match. Razor wants nothing to do with an angry Danny right now, and Danny knows that. So instead, Razor sends this beast of a man in to fight his battles for him. Shade doesn't care, he just wants to hurt someone. “The Master of Syn” steps into the ring, looking to confront the XWA World Champ. Danny and Shade head towards each other and quickly lock-up. Shade pulls Danny in and gets him with a standing headlock. Danny quickly presses Shade against the ropes and then uses the momentum of the bounce to shove him forward to the other side. The Ultimate Synner bounces back towards The Rubix Cube and Danny quickly drops to the ground, letting Shade jump over him. Shade bounces back towards Diamond, who jumps over him this time. Picking up even more momentum, Shade bounces on the ropes again, now going almost full speed. Due to this, the collision is a lot nastier when Danny does a full spin and whacks the head off the much larger opponent with an enormous Discus Lariat, or as he calls it, “Die Tonight.” - and Shade may very well have just died tonight! The crowd once again goes “Ooooh!” - but this time it's for Shade – who hit the ground at possibly a million miles per hour. Danny quickly goes for the pin, looking to end it now.

“One!”

“Two!” - kickout at 2!

Cedar: “Beautiful move by Danny Diamond! A picture perfect Discus Lariat!”

Miles: “Even I felt that, and I'm not really the feely-type.”

Shade rolls onto his side as the world champ looks to keep the upper-hand here. Danny quickly hugs the back of the bigger man and then throws him completely overhead with an enormous German Suplex, showing off the World Champ's strength. Diamond keeps the arms locked as he rolls over completely before executing a second picture-perfect German Suplex. Executing what he calls the “Black Rose.” Danny begins to breathe deeply as he eyes the man he really hates in this match – Razor Xtreme. He begins to yell inaudible angry slurs at him, but Xtreme keeps that stupid, frowning smile on his face as he looks back up at Diamond. Danny bends over and quickly picks Shade up to his feet before pressing him against the turnbuckle. He launches a huge right palm backwards, hitting Shade right across the chest with a powerful back-chop, inciting a few excited fans to yell “WOOO!” - as Danny relentlessly goes for a second, and then a third chop. He begins to throw a flurry of chops, decimating the chest of Shade as he throws a fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh. Even the “WOOOs” can't keep up with this. Danny then mounts up to the corner and begins to drop bombshells – also known as his fists – over the skull of the demented Shade. “One!” “Two!” “Three!” - the fans begin to count along with every punch, but Danny doesn't get to lay too many. Shade quickly pulls him up by the tights and shimmies between his legs to escape, dropping him face-first onto the top turnbuckle! Danny drops down to both feet and begins to stumble around. Shade waits for the champ to turn around and then quickly wraps his right hand around his neck, setting up for a Chokeslam! But Danny quickly fights out of it. He elbows him in the head by driving the point of his elbow into his temple. Shade backs off quickly and drops into his corner. Razor makes the tag by tapping him on the shoulder. Danny doesn't notice as he quickly drops a groggy Shade with a running forearm. Shade gets up and Danny drops him with a back elbow. He is on fire – or so he thinks. He turns around and eyes an aerial Razor, who bounces up onto the ropes and then nails Danny with a springboard clothesline, dropping him to the mat – and causing a large amount of anger amongst the fans!

Cedar: “Razor with a sneaky, opportunistic move to try and get Danny Diamond down!”

Miles: “Hey, Danny wanted Razor in. Be careful what you wish for, Danny!”

Razor gets up and begins to stomp and kick away at the grounded Danny. He knows he has the advantage here, and he is going to use it. Razor pulls Danny up a bit, and the crafty World Champ quickly manages to get a hold on his eyes and rake them, much to the delight of the clearly biased audience! Jack scolds Danny for a bit, but it doesn't matter enough to DQ him over it. Razor grabs his eyes as Danny runs to the ropes, getting a tag to his partner. Danny then springs towards the ropes as Razor is still seeing fingertips. Danny bounces full speed, but almost by pure instinct, Razor swings his big right leg up and nails Danny with a boot to the face, a big boot. Razor tries to go for the pin, but Hammer yells at him that this isn't happening. Confused, he looks up to see an angry Rob. Razor scurries to his feet and tries to sneak attack Rob desperately, but Chapman is ready this time. As soon as Razor darts towards him, Rob quickly swings an enormous right arm and drives Razor to the ground with a powerful “Cease!” - AKA a powerful lariat. Razor – not the type to want to stay grounded – darts up to his feet quickly, only for Rob to a full spinning wheel kick and hit him with a “Desist!” Razor, once again not wanting to stay down, pulls off all the stops and foolishly gets up to his feet. Rob quickly does a full spin in midair and drives the bottom of his foot into Razor's skull, executing yet another signature, the “Don't Blink” Pele-Kick type maneuver. Razor is out of it, Rob is going for the pin!

“One!”

“Two!” - Shade breaks it up!

Cedar: “What is this maniac doing?!”

Miles: “Saving the match, dumbass!”

Shade yells “I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS!” and quickly picks Rob up off the ground, before choking him, raising him, and dropping him to the mat with a powerful Chokeslam! Shade is satisfied, until Danny comes in! Diamond is in the ring now, and he is going H.A.M. on the lunatic Shade! He is unloading with hard, fast, right hands! The crowd is loving it! Shade is groggy by the ropes... Danny backs off just enough to make space for his... SUDDEN DEATH! He superkicks Shade, but he only barely manages to get him so he falls over the ropes, but is only a bit groggy outside. Meanwhile, behind Danny waits the so-called “savior” of XWA, Razor Xtreme! As soon as the champ turns around, the number one contender raises him up to his shoulders quickly before throwing him over and kneeing him square in the face, hitting a perfect Razor's Edge (GTS)! Danny stumbles out of the ring and lands next to Shade, who is on one knee! Razor is cocky and confident, he thinks he has this won. Too bad Rob Chapman, who is standing behind him, disagrees! Razor turns around and gets hit with a... BOOM! HEADSHOT! Yakuza kick by Rob! Razor is grounded! Rob signals for the end, he is going to attempt his Caesura, his inverted Northern Lights Bomb! Razor lays on the mat and slowly gets himself up by the ropes. Rob waits for him. All of a sudden, Rob has his attention on something else. Shade is on the ring apron! Rob quickly darts at him before he can do anything and catches him with a running Gamengiri as Shade was on the apron! Rob lands inside the ring as Jack Hammer quickly turns his attention to the unconscious Shade outside the ring and begins uselessly scolding him. Rob also has his attention on the outside for just a second, and then... he feels a sharp pain between his legs. Razor hits him with a nasty low blow by kicking him right between the gems! Rob drops to the side and Razor quickly pins him, as soon as Jack notices, he goes for the count!

“ONE!”

“TWO!”

“THREE!”

Rob tries to kick out, but it's futile, as Jack has counted to three! Razor slides out of the ring and groggily stumbles up the ramp, he just stole a win! Danny is out, Rob is out, Shade is out, as Razor cowers away and celebrates on stage.

Sorry guys. I intended to make this a lot longer but I ended up having to write this alone (Not Myke's fault, I didn't do my part in time), and I ended up running out of time. Nonetheless, better than a no show, I guess.
