Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio reports that WWE thought Eva Marie was going to get a positive reaction when she made her RAW return last night. She came out to help the babyfaces and join Team Total Divas for Wrestlemania.

While Eva Marie has been booed relentlessly during her NXT run, the WWE believes that the WWE audience thinks differently than the NXT audience. That’s why they believed that Eva Marie would get a positive reception instead of booed once again.

Meltzer asked: “How do you not figure this one out? That was an easy one.“

Though to be fair the fans are being "kind of" stupid, considering she's at least putting some effort to look legit.

Well like Dave said you can't get over being a good looking but shitty girl wrestler these days.

And they say they're not out of touch... LOL! If you thought Eva Marie was gonna get a positive reaction, 1: you're out of your mind and 2: Why did the Total Divas acted like she was a heel who can't be trusted with Paige pushing her away and Brie Bella watching her back? I'm hoping Emma remains on the main roster after WrestleMania, I think she's beyong ready. As for Eva Marie, she can go back to NXT where she belongs. (But It's kind of insulting to NXT)
