^^^^^ It's true. It use to have a lot of negative energy but it was energy. And people cared. They cared TOO much, but they cared. It was addicting. And I'm not meaning to call anyone out or hurt feelings, but I wouldn't be addicted to this site if it weren't for nostalgia and who I am as an individual. Maybe being away for so long let me see the contrast much clearer than those too close to it.

I just don't want to see the last pieces of e-fedding as I know it die. It's important to me because it's freakin art. When we're at our best, we're fucking legit. I'm glad e-fedding existed so I had the chance to make some of my favorite things I ever made.

Okay, what would get them more dedicated? Let's take into account who we currently have and anyone we'd want to join.

What are we selling? What do we have that they need?

I'd like to openly suggest that fedders are not given so much control. I'm not entirely sure why, but for a few years, everyone basically books themselves and I think that, in the long term, leads to laziness. I'm not saying people shouldn't be able to go ahead and have a rivalry with someone if they wish, but once upon a time the GM decided a hell of a lot more and people usually had to roll with it. I feel the GMs are often told what to book, which isn't entirely correct.

I suggest the GM has a firmer stance and involvement in the creative aspect of the whole place.

Also, jobber matches need to be limited. That shit is getting dumb, in particular with a certain one member <_<

Anyone who would find their way into this topic probably isn't one of the people we'd criticize. Hiding in plain sight is a good way of seeing who pays attention.

And I think more does need to be provided in terms of booking by the sounds of it, probably with some long term goals or visions in mind instead of starting fresh every card.

Some of you know me and others don't. I've been around some Feds and I'm coming back from about a year or so away. Now here is my input, I think you should do a biweekly show. You should have a word limit of 3-4K, but the opener should be around 2K for new people and going up the card the limit will be bigger due to where your match is on the card and what kind of match it is. I like Mr.F's idea of starting over with a new show and helping build for the future. I'll be more than willing to help with anything. Also I will only be able to jump on after work for more input.

The new show/fed thing is a total no go. We've got like 8 years of history, so it'd be beyond silly to wash that away.

What we need to do is win 10 successive Mortal Kombat tournaments and invade Earth Realm. Then XWA will reign supreme.

We still have to come up with a way or concept to make the fed inviting to new people and keep a good circulation. We're bound to have some turds who are beyond help but maybe we can give the good guys something more to show and work for than their personal integrity. We can't really punish them when we have nothing to take away.
