According to PWInsider.com, although he will never admit it to anyone, Triple H was likely very offended that CM Punk did not want to work with him at WrestleMania 30. It's viewed by both Triple H and other higher ups in the company that working with Hunter at an event like 'Mania is a very big deal.

I'd be offended, too, if I were him. If this is the case, it wouldn't surprise me. Though, I can definitely see why someone like Punk would see Triple H as a downgrade after his WrestleMania opponent last year.

HHH is a fucking bum. Glad CM Punk was of the attitude "piss-of", when they decided to match them up for Mania.

Punk has already worked a program with HHH, it was the whole Summer of Punk 2011. They had a significant amount of in-ring segments and promos with and against each other. This lead to that horrid match Night of Champions 2011. Punk doesn't need to do that recycled nonsense again.

Speculation is speculation, I doubt HHH was overly offended by this, maybe they aren't best pals, but that wouldn't be something big.  Now, HHH might be peeved that Punk walked out, because that's generally something that you don't do.  He walked out on the business, his obligations.  HHH, and most other well known veterans wouldn't dare do that.  It's just not done.  It doesn't fit within the business.  So chances are, there's some dislike for him, but more than likely somebody overheard a sentence or two about it and sent the story to some reporter.

Shouldn't Punk get a lawsuit or something for walking out before his contract expired?

He'll get slapped with a lawsuit if he does anything nonWWE related, like MMA or even going to another wrestling company.
