The following are a handful of the major storyline results from this week's episode of TNA Impact Wrestling:

-The American Wolves made their debut on Impact Wrestling, in a backstage segment with TNA President Dixie Carter. Carter offered the two a try-out match on next week's show, however Davey Richards revealed that "a new investor" had already signed them to a contract this morning. It would appear as thought a new entity is attempting to usurp Dixie's power in TNA Wrestling.

-Madison Rayne was crowned the new TNA Knockouts Champion on Impact this week, defeating Gail Kim in singles action. Prior to the match, Madison was attacked backstage by both Gail Kim and Lei'd Tapa, but was able to fight back and win the match. Madison Rayne is now a five-time TNA Knockouts Champion.

-After Dixie Carter and Al Snow had Kurt Angle fooled last week - drawing him out of the building with a fake emergency about his wife and kids – the Olympic gold medalist had some angry words for the TNA President. In the middle of the ring, Angle said that he would interfere in Sting's match with Ethan Carter III to "do the right thing", and if Dixie didn't like it, she could fire him. After an attack from Bobby Roode, Angle was carried out of the building by security.

-In the main event, with Angle out of the picture, Carter was able to pull one over on "The Icon" following two "special" referees, who turned out to be chief of staff Rockstar Spud and TNA World Champion Magnus. And after the match, an irate Sting challenged Magnus to be a man and put his world title on the line. To counter-balance this proposal, Sting accepted to a condition that if he lost, he would not re-sign his TNA contact and would leave the company forever. That match will take place next week in part two of TNA's Genesis special on Spike TV.

Well there ya go. Sting and Kurt are jumping ship.
