5.) David Michaels vs Shade Empty
PostSubject: Re: 5.) David Michaels vs Shade   5.) David Michaels vs Shade EmptySat Nov 23, 2013 11:19 am

It's been another great evening of wrestling action here on Vendetta and the show is only scheduled to have two more matches, the first of which is up next - The XWA Hardcore Champion, Shade versus the XWA World Heavyweight Champion, David Michaels! We are taken to ringside as David Michaels has just arrived in the ring finishing up his entrance, to the delight of the crowd.

Cedar:
"And there you see the XWA World Heavyweight Champion handing over his prized possession that he could very well lose this Sunday at XtremeMania inside that demonic Tower of Doom match. That must be in the back of his mind and probably has been for some weeks now, Adam."

Dennis:
"Well he spent half the show last week trying to humiliate Tyler Lawson...which isn't hard to do, frankly, since he's a Butt Pirate...but if he's still thinking about Lawson spoiling that performance, he's going to have a bad time."

Cedar:
"Indeed. What do you make of this match up? Neither man is at all familiar with the other and they've certainly never faced here or anywhere else, for that matter."

Dennis:
"Well Michaels sucks, that much is obvious. Shade, however, is a brilliant performer and I fancy his chances in this one. I mean, if the guy can trick us all into thinking he's dead earlier in the week, he can beat this clown!"

Cedar:
"As always, completely unbiased analysis there from Adam Dennis, ladies and gentlemen...anyway, this one is about to get under way."

Dennis:
"What would you ever do without me, Cedar?!"

As Michaels receives a few last minute words of encouragement from Nova on the apron, both Michaels and Shade are ready for the referee to ring the bell. However, the arena bursts into cheers as the last person Michaels wants to see right now has decided he needs a closer view of the action...

Cedar:
"Wait a minute...well we weren't scheduled to see Lawson again until the contract signing at the end of the show, but I guess the 2013 King of Xtreme winner wants a closer view of the action."

Dennis:
"And you were saying about Michaels not being focused? He has no chance now..."

Cedar:
"Well Michaels looks rather annoyed here. As I mentioned earlier, I don't think he's forgotten about last week..."

Dennis:
"Have any of us? It was hilarious yet horrifying at the same time."

Tyler slowly walks out from behind the entrance curtain in his street clothes, looking rather smart and confident. He has his hands in his pockets and looks out at the crowd, now looking a little mischievous. He slowly walks down the ramp, as Michaels begins to yell at the ref in the ring. Shade leans in one of the corners not looking entirely bothered by the whole situation, as he watches this unfold. Lawson walks round the ring, holding his hands up to the ref who is leaning over the ropes and telling him to stay out of this match. The Instant Classic begins arguing with him, as Michaels stands beside the ref demanding that Lawson be removed. Naturally, Lawson isn't just out here to argue with Michaels, but merely to distract him for as Michaels' back is turned, Shade suddenly bursts out of the corner and thuds him from behind with a sickening running Lariat to the back of the head. Michaels flops to the floor, smacking into the ref's legs who turns around and sees the bell needs to be rung.

DING...DING...DING!!!

Michaels is on the floor, as Shade begins to stomp away at the World Heavyweight Champion viciously. Lawson, on the outside, looks on with a smirk on his face - that plan worked like a dream! Nova has since climbed off the apron and is now the one arguing with Tyler. Lawson comically just puts his right hand in her face and wanders past her, over to the announcer's table. Nova stomps her feet in frustration and places her hands on her hips, as Lawson clunks the spare headset onto his head next to Adam Dennis.

Cedar:
"Well it looks as though we are going to be joined by Tyler Lawson here. Welcome Mr. Lawson!"

Dennis:
"Really? I have to watch and call a David Michaels match with this guys sat next to me as well?! I'm not paid anywhere near enough to endure this crap!"

Lawson:
"That fact that you're paid at all amazes me...and thank you, Ted."

Cedar:
"So what brings you out here?"

Dennis:
"If you're looking for your closet, you smashed it to pieces last week, remember?..."

Lawson:
"Original, Adam. Original. And I'm out here just to scout my opponent for XtremeMania. Michaels is a slippery customer, so I need well studied in regards to him."

As Lawson gets somewhat comfortable at the announcer's table, Shade has been in complete control the whole time and has since picked Michaels up and whipped him across the ring. He is now delivering more stomps to his gut before he holds onto his arm and whips him across the ring again. Michaels smacks into the turnbuckles rather hard and rebounds out as a result. Shade then races across the ring and connects with Michaels' face via a Big Boot, dropping him to the mat before getting on his knees and making the first cover of the match, with a Lateral Press.

1..
2...
Shoulder up!

David shoots his shoulder up and sits up in anger, knowing he shouldn't be on the back foot like this so early. Shade reaches down and brings Michaels up to his level. He picks him up and delivers a Body Slam right in the centre of the ring. Michaels holds the side of his back with his left hand, as Shade casually bounces off the ropes and walks back in. He jumps up and lands directly across his chest with a Leg Drop, floating over into another Lateral Press.

1..
2...
Shoulder up!

Once again, Michaels powers his shoulder up and sits straight up, ensuring he doesn't show any sign of weakness already. Shade immediately kneels up and catches The Showstealer's head in a Side Headlock. Michaels isn't really hurting from it, his face is just expressed how PO'd he is he let Lawson distract him in order for him to be in this crappy position already. Shade, on the other hand, is noticeably more serious in his actions and reactions already in this match - tonight appears to be somewhat of a turning point for the talented superstar.

Cedar:
"Well it looks as though your presence has already screwed up Michaels' game plan, Tyler."

Lawson:
"Hey, I never did a thing. I was just coming around here to get a better view of the match..not my fault he decided to be distracted by me."

Cedar:
"Regardless, you must be pleased he's already on the back foot here?"

Lawson:
"I don't particularly care really. I just came out here to watch a good match and if Michaels gets beaten up in the process, then that's an added bonus."

Dennis:
"Sure and I'm out here because I want to be...give me a break."

Lawson:
"No, you're out here because the guys before you was way to offensive...so you're like PG!"

Shade still has the Side Headlock on, as Michaels gets up to his feet. Michaels lays a few rights fists into Shade's stomach before pushing him over to the ropes and bouncing him off them, shooting him across the ring. The XWA Hardcore Champion rebounds back towards Michaels and gives him a hard Shoulder Block, knocking him flat on his back. Michaels thumps the mat with the back of his fist as Shade runs to the ropes again. Michaels reacts quickly and rolls over onto his chest, forcing Shade to skip over him and hit the ropes once more. As he does, David Michaels jumps up to his feet and leapfrogs over his opponent. The Ultimate Synner ducks underneath Michaels' legs and halts on the other side. He quickly twirls around on one foot and latches onto Michaels' waist on landing from behind, before he runs forward with the pair towards the ropes. Michaels is caught by surprise, as he was about to attempt to hit a Dropkick, but now he's being forced towards the ropes! Michaels hits the ropes, chest first, and grabs hold of the top one. Shade attempts to roll backwards with Michaels, but The Showstealer stays planted. Shade rolls backwards over himself and scrambles back up to his feet. He charges forwards only to end up flying over the top rope as Michaels pulls it down. Michaels' fans give a small cheer, as Shade manages to somehow land on the apron. The World Heavyweight Champion quickly gets back up to his feet and grabs the hair of Shade, pulling back on it and then dropping back down to the mat. Shade's neck whiplashes across the top rope and he tumbles to the flooring below. The ref is quick to belittle Michaels for the pulling of the air and inform him a DQ may be necessary!

Cedar:
"Michaels using Shade's hair to get on a level playing field here."

Dennis:
"So Michaels, who is meant to be our World Heavyweight Champion, makes a match fair by cheating? Only you would condone that Cedar..."

Cedar:
"Where did I say I condone it?"

Dennis:
"When you didn't bother to explain it was CHEATING!"

Lawson:
"Well you're letting us know rather well I think, Adam...but it's no shock. Michaels needed to get back into this match in the early going."

David waves the ref away, not really giving a damn about what he's saying, as he pulls himself back up to his feet. Shade is on the outside pushing himself back up, not sure what happened. Michaels takes a look at him as he recovers and decides to take this match up a notch. He darts across the ring, bouncing off the ropes and runs back with full energy. Shade begins to turn around at the last moment as Michaels leaps into the air and flies over the top rope! The Showstealer creates a Kodak moment, as he comes colliding down on an unsuspecting Shade with an Over-the-Top Rope Suicide Dive! The crowd becomes unglued for the first time in this match. Shade collides into the barricade rather badly, the back of his head taking the brunt of the impact. Michaels clambers up to his feet and receives applause from Nova, as he looks out at the crowd with an annoyed look on his face. The ref begins to count both men out, as Michaels reaches down and drags Shade up, who's head appears to be twitching a little bit...bit this certainly isn't nerve damage! Michaels tosses Shade back into the ring and then climbs up onto the ring apron. The XWA Hardcore Champion lays flat on his back near the ropes, as Michaels jumps over them and nails a Senton Splash. Shade holds his chest in pain, as Michaels turns over and hooks the far leg.

1...
2....
Kick out!

Shade kicks out with some authority, to Michaels' surprise, but he pays little attention to it. He picks him up and over hooks Shade's head with his left arm, grabbing his tights and then popping his hips. He lifts the Terror of Death up into the air and drops him down with a well executed Vertical Suplex, squarely in the middle of the ring, immediately floating over into a Lateral Press.

1...
2....
Kick out!

Shade kicks out with even more authority this time, appearing to show little sign of damage from the moves he's taking. Michaels, again, thinks nothing of it and stalks him as Shade rises to his feet. He grabs him from behind, picks him up and drops him straight back down into the centre of the ring with a Belly-to-Back Suplex, but doesn't follow it up this time with a cover. Shade just lays there, not even showing any signs of damage. Michaels starts to think something if fishy here, as he walks over to the ropes and climbs through them and onto the apron. He walks across, catching a glimpse of Lawson staring a hole through him before climbing up onto the top turnbuckle. Once balanced, the Sexy Boy of the XWA leaps off and looks to connect with a basic Double Axe Handle Smash...but that fails. Miserably, as Shade right arm rises into the air like several volts of electricity were just shot through it and catches Michaels by the throat! Shade's grip is amazing and Michaels can't even comically bounces up and down in order to over sell the move - Michaels can't breath! Shade slowly rises to his feet and is visibly in a different persona now, as he looks Michaels dead in the eye.

Cedar:
"Uh-oh...I think this isn't Shade any more!"

Dennis:
"Well this is where the match gets super confusing...which brother is this? Barry? Garry? Larry? McFatty?!"

Cedar:
"Eerrmmm...judging by his sudden strength, I'm guessing this is Samael."

Dennis:
"Well I was close..."

Lawson:
"Shade is one nasty cat with these different personalities. Wouldn't it be a shame if he really hurt ol' Sexy Boy here?"

Shade, or Samael, has Michaels by the throat with his right. As he squeezes the life out of the World Heavyweight Champion, the ref begins counting to five. On the count of four, Samael latches his other hand onto Michaels' throat as well and lifts him high up into the air, like he suddenly acquired this extraordinary strength! He then quickly bursts David down with a vicious Chokebomb and has both legs hooked.

1...
2....
Shoulder up!

Michaels manages to get his shoulder up, but that might not be enough to save him, as Samael gets right back up and drags Michaels up with him. Once again, he has both his hands clutches around the throat of Michaels, as he picks him up. This time he picks the helpless Showstealer high up into the air via the throat again and just holds him there. The ref begins counting once more, as Michaels is visibly in pain and begins to kick out at the Hardcore Champion. Just as the ref is about to shout out five, Samael lowers his opponent back to his feet and quickly tosses him overhead with a Two Handed Choketoss. Michaels flips completely over, onto his back, slamming the mat fairly hard. Arching it in pain, he still manages to roll his head around and looks back at this monster he wasn't facing a few minutes earlier. Michaels attempts to scramble back up to his feet, but Samael is more than happy to speed the process up, grabbing him by the throat once again. This time Michaels fights back, kicking and punching out at Samael. He manages to break the grip and immediately darts over to the ropes, bouncing off of them. Samael raises his boot up, looking to kick his head off, but the World Champion ducks underneath and rebounds off the ropes again. Michaels then leaps through the air and goes for his favourite Flying Forearm Smash. He actually manages to crack him in the skull with it. That's all fine and well, but the problem is Samael has also caught him. In mid air.

Cedar:
"Where on Earth is he getting this strength from?!"

Dennis:
"Well this can only end well..."

Lawson:
"Powerslam City here we come!"

Lawson is right, as Samael quickly lifts Michaels onto his right shoulder, twists round and then plants him spine first into the mat with a Running Powerslam! Michaels arches his back once more, as the crowd boo this monster heavily! Samael quickly hooks the far leg.

1....
2.....
Shoulder up!

Nova smashes her hands into the apron, trying to get Michaels in the zone here, but it's not working. Samael slightly argues with the ref, but doesn't waste too much time in doing so. He clambers back up to his feet and heads over to the ropes, climbing out onto the apron. He looks a little unstable as he slowly makes his way up to the top rope, like he is completely out of his comfort zone. The crowd all watch on, wondering just what in the hell he is going to do. The answer is...nothing. That's right, nothing! It's almost like Samael suddenly develops stage freight and begins to twitch, once again, a little as he stands on the top turnbuckle. Clearly he is no longer Samael and appears to have switched back to Shade. The XWA Hardcore Champion looks around, trying to figure out where in the hell he is. As he does, Michaels manages to struggle to his knees and then jumps forwards, colliding into the ropes. Shade awkwardly drops down and split legs across the top turnbuckle, the crowd cheering and cringing all at once! Michaels takes a few moments to gather what is going on and looks at Shade, noticing that he's morphed back into what he started the match as. Shade sits on the top turnbuckle, holding his lower regions with a painful expression on his face. The Showstealer then slowly wanders over to him and gives him a huge Knife Edge Chop, almost to make sure this guy is somewhat human again. Shade reacts to it with pain, signifying to David than he can get a move in here. So he climbs up onto the second rope and hooks Shade's head with his left arm. Latching onto his waist area, Michaels pulls back and brings both men flying off from the turnbuckles with a nicely done Superplex! Shade's back penetrates with pain, as an "HBK! HBK! HBK!" chant grows around the arena.

Cedar:
"And with Samael seemingly gone, Michaels is able to take Shade down with a nice Superplex!"

Dennis:
"The dude didn't seem to know where the hell he was for a moment...that sneeky Michaels got lucky!"

Lawson:
"I wonder if he'll pop up again?"

Michaels takes a few to gather himself, his back now killing him and his throat turning a bright red colour. However he battles through and rolls his right arm over for the cover.

1....
2.....
Shoulder up!

Michaels rolls onto his back and then sits up, as Shade rolls onto his side after getting the shoulder up. He looks over to Nova with a confused look, almost like she is going to have the answers as to where Shade got that strength from. She shrugs her shoulders as Michaels gets back up. He reaches down and pulls Shade up to his feet, proceeding to whip him to the ropes. As Shade rebounds back, Michaels ducks down and pushes his opponent up into the air, flipping him over and allowing him to drop down via a Back Body Drop! The Hardcore Champion crashes into the mat with authority, feeling the force as he takes another shot to the back. Michaels begins to feed of the crowd, who are right behind him at this point. Shade clambers back up to his feet, stumbling a little trying to gather his bearings. Michaels charges at him, knocking him down with a Clothesline. Shade hits the mat, rebounding back up fairly quickly, only to walk right into a second Clothesline from the World Heavyweight Champion. Shade takes a little longer to get up this time. Once he does, he wildly swings out his right fist. Michaels ducks underneath it, grabs a hold of his right hip and pulls him up into the air, dropping him down with a Teardrop Suplex! The crowd cheers once again, as Nova gives her approval too while Michaels hooks the near leg.

1....
2.....
Shoulder up!

Michaels pulls himself up, realising he has the momentum now. The crowd continue to get behind him, as he holds his arms out and begins to stalk the Hardcore Champion whilst he attempts to recover. Shade slowly picks himself up and stumbles backwards towards Michaels, who grabs him and pushes him around. He then latches onto Shade's waist and picks him up, dropping him down across his right knee with an Inverted Atomic Drop! Shade bounces up and down on the spot, his lower regions taking another battering. David doesn't let this opportunity go, as he moves backwards to the ropes and bounces off. As Shade turns around, he leaps into the air and this time successfully connects with that Flying Forearm Smash! Shade smashes to the mat and is laid out flat, as Michaels rolls onto his and quickly nips up back to his feet. The crowd goes wild once more, as Michaels jumps up and down starting to feed off of them. He then walks over to the ropes and climbs through them onto the apron, heading across and up onto the top turnbuckle. The World Champion takes a few moments to gain his balance as he stands up, looking down at the motionless Shade. Comfortable, Michaels decides to finally surge off the top and fly through the air, dropping down with his trademark HBK Elbow Drop! Michaels' elbow is planted right into the chest of Shade, causing considerable pain for the talented superstar. Michaels then begins to feel the end in sight, as he walks over to the corner he just leaped from and holds onto the top rope to his left with both hands. The crowd are feeling the home stretch here!

Cedar:
"Michaels with the Elbow! I think he's going to tune up the orchestra here!"

Dennis:
"...don't you mean band?"

Cedar:
"No...we went over this last time, Adam..."

Dennis:
"Oh well soooorrryyy for not being this guy's number one ass kisser, like you!"

Lawson:
"It doesn't matter what he calls the stupid move, he won't be able to connect that on me come this Sunday. Speaking of not connecting, now seems a good time to put that theory into practice..."

Dennis:
"Wait a minute...where the hell is he going?!"

Lawson rips off his headset and drops them on the table with a loud thud, before he walks over to the corner where Michaels is beginning to stomp his right boot. Lawson just stands there, with his arms folded, staring at the Champion. It doesn't take long for him to see who is out there. Michaels instantly stops what he is doing and turns his full attention of Tyler Lawson. Michaels yells out at him in fury, wanting to go ten rounds with him right there and then! Lawson holds his hands up in innocence and slowly walks backwards away from the ring, now appear to be not so eager for a fight. The ref tells him to stay clear and tells Michaels to concentrate on the match, which he eventually decides to do. As Lawson stands away near the announce table, Michaels turns back round and side steps forward towards a recovering Shade, shooting his right foot up into the air. Shattered Teeth Symphony...does not connect, as Shade suddenly snaps into a third persona and merely catches a hold of the leg, lifts him up via the leg and grabs the second leg. He then swings him around, seated on his shoulders and drops him down with a sick Spinning Powerbomb! He doesn't even bother with the pin and just pushes him off, climbing back up to his feet with a clear confidence suddenly about him. Is this Leon now?! Meanwhile, Lawson grins and reclaims his position at the announce table, putting his headset back on as Leon stalks his opponent.

Cedar:
"What was that for, Tyler?!"

Lawson:
"What, you think ol' Davey Boy is the only guy that can play mind games around here? I don't even need to touch this guy for him to spin into an uncontrollable rage."

Cedar:
"You two should really leave the fighting until this Sunday though. Then we will truly see who is the better man..."

Dennis:
"Oh let the Butt Pirate have his fun, Cedar. At least he's tormenting Michaels."

Lawson:
"You know, I can really understand why Michaels hates you so much..."

Michaels holds onto his back, once again feeling the sudden random pain from out of nowhere. He was in control! Even Lawson' distraction didn't help his opponent that much surely? Regardless, Shade is clearly in the Leon persona now as he looks eager to get his momentum rolling. As Michaels pushes himself up to one knee, Leon turns his back to Michaels and suddenly surges backwards, nailing Michaels flush in the face with a Bicycle Kick! The force is rather shocking to the World Champion and knocks him out momentarily, as he stumbles backwards into the ropes. Leon then grabs Michaels left arm and pulls him forwards, violently and connects with a Short Arm Clothesline, dropping him down to the mat. He quickly hooks the far leg afterwards.

1....
2.....
Shoulder up!

Leon then gets right back up, showing no signs of pain from anything Michaels has done to him. He quickly drags him parallel to the corner and wanders across the ring. Facing the fallen Michaels, Leon charges across and skips over his opponent, jumping using the top rope and then split legging across the top turnbuckles. He flips backwards connecting with a wonderful Split Legged Moonsault! The crowd boos, as Michaels doesn't look in a good spot here. Leon hooks the far leg again.

1.......
2........
Shoulder up!

Leon shows three fingers to the ref, insisting that was a three count. He isn't interested, so Leon gets back up and wanders over to a far corner, kneeling down holding the middle rope. Leon patiently waits for his opponent to get back up to his feet, while Nova is encouraging he does that too. Michaels doesn't appear to know where in the hell he is, as he uses the rope to get back to a vertical base. He stumbles around near the corner, which triggers Leon to charge across the ring as fast as he can, aiming for a Spear. At the last moment Michaels leapfrogs out of the way and Leon goes shoulder first into the steel post, completely missing his target! The cheer pops, as Michaels avoided a big move there. Leon stumbles back out of the corner, holding his left shoulder. Michaels quickly drops down, hooks onto Leon's tights and pulls him back, wrapping him up in a School Boy Pin!

1........
2.........
Kick out!

Leon kicks out at the last moment! Both men get back to their feet as quickly as their bodies will allow. Leon, hurting shoulder and all, misses a wild backhand as Michaels ducks underneath it and charges to the ropes. Leon turns around and faces the incoming Michaels, but even though he can see what is about to happen, he can't avoid it, as Michaels leaps into the air. Leon instinctively goes to hold onto his opponent, in a Side Slam position, but Michaels uses his momentum to twist his legs around Leon's head and twirls around him. As he does, using his left arm, he latches onto Leon's head and spikes it down into the mat with his favourite Déjà Vu DDT! The crowd cheer wildly for the brilliant move that one Michaels executes! Leon flips entirely over after being planted on his head and lands on his back. The momentum makes him sit up before slowly falling back onto the mat. Michaels reaches over, a little dizzy after that, and hooks the far leg.

1.........
2..........
Shoulder up!

Cedar:
"Good GOD what a DDT! Somehow Shade gets the shoulder up!"

Dennis:
"I've never seen anyone spiked into the mat like that before! Now he has head trauma as well as a screwed up shoulder."

Cedar:
"If Michaels does that to you this Sunday, Tyler, you could be knocked out for the rest of the match making it easy pickings for Michaels."

Lawson:
"It's going to take a hell of a lot more than a fancy DDT to beat me, Cedar. Frankly, Michaels is going to have to kill me to beat me inside that cage."

Michaels pulls himself up to his feet and looks at Nova, seeing that she is encouraging him to go for the kill here. Michaels looks out at the crowd, before turning to Lawson. He points at the man he wants to pretty much kill, before signalling with a cycle motion with his hands that a move is coming. He slowly climbs through the ropes and stands on the apron, holding onto the top rope. He steadies himself, breathing out before pulling down and slingshotting himself off the top rope. Michaels then does something he doesn't usually do - an over the top high risk move, as he usually prefers the more basic variety, flipping through the air looking for a 450 Splash! However Leon has been twitching again on the ring mat and moves out of the way at the last moment, leaving Michaels' high risk decision to not remotely pay off and he slams into the mat face first. Shade is now back in control of this encounter, as he quickly gets to his feet, stalking David. Michaels holds his nose, checking if it is actually bleeding, which is thankfully isn't before getting up. As he turns around, an enthusiastic Shade kicks the World Champion in the gut and hooks his head with his left arm. He then pops his hips as fast as he can and lifts Michaels into the air, letting him float over before dropping down and cracking his jaw on his shoulder with his trademark Guaranteed Agony (Vertical Suplex Stunner)! The crowd boo Shade, as that looked pretty nasty. Michaels over sells the move a tad, bouncing off the mat and then colliding with the ropes, before dropping back onto the canvas. But we got the message - it bloody well hurt!

Cedar:
"Well that was Shade returning the favour back to Michaels for dropping him on his head."

Dennis:
"I would say it may knock some sense into him, but I've been hoping for that for months now...so fat chance..."

Lawson:
"Don't worry, for once time only, I'll be doing you a favour at XtremeMania - I ensure you Michaels won't be walking out of that arena on his own accord!"

Shade sits up and looks around, seeing David laid out on the mat. He wipes a little bit of sweat from his brow before getting back up, thinking about his next move. Shade looks at Michaels, before slowly looking up at the crowd with a menacing look in his eyes. He motions to them that this one is over, as he reaches down and grabs a chunk of Michaels' hair. As he does, the fans begin to cheer, as a confident looking JHalc begins to slowly walk down the ramp. He has his trusty mallet in hand, slowly twirling it around in his left hand, looking rather pleased with it. Shade looks up, getting distracted for a moment, wondering if the rather unpredictable Jack of Hearts might get involved here. But he isn't the only person that taking interested - Tyler Lawson has stood up and doesn't like the looks of JHalc coming down to ringside. Shade attempts to pay little attention, as JHalc isn't in a rush, clearly. So he pulls Michaels up and position him for a Suplex. Lifting him up, he rests his legs on the top rope and slowly begins to twist round. As he does, JHalc has since walked round the ring and is standing in front of the announce table, right in Tyler Lawson's view. JHalc just stands there, smiling at the mallet as he continues to twirl it round, please with it's...errrmm...wooden-ness? With Lawson' attention solely on JHalc, the action in the ring continues but not how Shade wished it would. Suddenly, the blonde sex bomb known as Nova climbs up onto the ring apron and begins slowly unzipping the top of her cat suit outfit. Shade, being the unusual type of guy...or three...isn't taking any notice as he just wants to connect with his SYN Dive finisher. However, the ref is a normal male and his eyes are a magnet to the big bazookas that are now slowly being revealed. The referee shoots over towards Nova and begins arguing with her, albeit unwillingly, to stop what she's doing and get off the apron. This was Shade's undoing, as Michaels untangles himself from the top rope and lands on his feet behind Shade. He shoves him forwards with all as his might across the ring and as Shade bounces off the ropes, JHalc suddenly turns around and reaches up, smacking the mallet directly into the back of his skull! Just like last week, the wooden piece of the mallet go flying into a million directions, as Shade stumbles forwards into the centre of the ring completely out of his feet! Lawson watches, thudding his headset to the table, annoyed that JHalc distracted him in order to do this underhand act. Shade doesn't know where he is and the World heavyweight Champion takes full advantage. He turns to his side and side steps towards Shade, launching his famous right boot into the air and connecting with his haw, courtesy of the Shattered Teeth Symphony! The crowd roars in appreciation, as Shade thuds to the mat like a sack of potatoes! Michaels drops to his knees, the crowd still cheering, and hooks the far leg. Nova finally decides to get down from the apron, leaving the ref to finally concentrate on the match once more and make the count.

DING...DING...DING!!!

Watts:
"Here is your winner...The Showstealer...DAVIDDDDD MICHAELSSSSSSS!!!"

Cedar:
"Once again, D-Volution outsmarts everybody! Shade may have just been knocked into a fourth personality after that!"

Dennis:
"Dammit'! I'm getting sick of this! Every time Michaels is about to go down, he finds some crafty way to win! I hate Lawson, but he better beat him this Sunday!"

As Michaels name echoes around the arena in victory, the crowd begin to applaud. JHalc instantly turns around and smiles at Lawson, waving at him that he's been out smarted again before he turns back around and climbs into the ring. David Michaels has since got back to his feet and is leaning in the corner, taking a rest, looking down at Shade just wondering what in the blue hell this guy actually is! Nova, too, has since climbed into the ring and has decided to not zip her top up, to the delight of every male on Earth, as her assets bunch around for future slow motion replays courtesy of DVRs everywhere! The referee is handed to XWA World Heavyweight Championship by Laura Watts through the ropes and walks it over to the trio in the corner. Michaels snatches it from his hand and places it on his shoulder, answering Nova's query of "are you alright?" with a slow nod. Lawson stand in front of the announce table, with his hands on his hips, looking on wondering how they pulled the same act of yet again. Michaels soon catches eyes with him and wanders across the ring, leaning on the top rope and hanging the XWA World Title down in front of his face. Michaels states several times "this will never be yours!" before crotch chopping his hated foe.

Cedar:
"Those free have done it again, ladies and gentlemen. Love him or hate him, it really doesn't matter - David Michaels is the XWA World Heavyweight Champion as he proving why each and every night. But this Sunday, at XtremeMania, it will be his very first title defence and my goodness is it a big one. He has to walk into the Tower of Doom for the very first time and attempt to defeat a man that has known him for over five years! Which man will walk out of that cage this Sunday with that World Title?"

Dennis:
"...and these two have to have a contract signing later tonight! You know that isn't going to end well!"

Cedar:
"Ladies and gentlemen, we'll be right back after this..."

The show cuts to a commercial break, before it continues. Michaels is seen staring at Lawson in the ring, as Lawson looks back with a disgusted look on his face. This one is far from over yet tonight...
