The new Dragonhammer album The X Experiment is almost ready to be released via My Kingdom Music. It will see the light on December 2nd and distributed worldwide. The Italian power metallers also released an audio sample of the song "The End Of The World", featuring Roberto Tiranti's (Labyrinth) vocal performance, which can be heard now here.

The album, according to the band, "is an explosive mix of power, epic and progressive metal in the real Dragonhammer tradition and style, and is based on a great futuristic concept, a modern fantastic story set in a post-nuclear world where chaos reigns and humanity does not believe in anything..."

It will feature very special guests: the guitar hero Francesco Fareri (Jeff Loomis, Vitalij Kuprij, Virtual Mind) with a solo; the singers Roberto Tiranti (Labyrinth, A.P.D., Mangala Vallis) and Titta Tani (Ashent, Phoenix Rising) involved in two different songs, creating vocal duets with the singer Max Aguzzi; the talented drummer David Folchitto (Stormlord, Screaming Banshee, Prophilax) who has recorded the drums for the whole album.
