| Earlier this week we reported the backstage heat on Ryback, specifically stemming from rumors of him being a danger to work with, was said to be fabricated by someone close to the situation in WWE.
In an update to that story, however, following this Monday's Raw, a high level WWE source has informed WZ that a recent producer's meeting saw Ryback buried, and he indeed has enormous backstage heat, and is not well liked at all. Producers and backstage agents, but not necessarily Vince McMahon himself, feel Ryback is awkward and "not safe enough" in the ring.
"Just look at how Ryback got buried on Monday, getting beat and tapping out after being put through a table in 5 minutes," our source told us.
The source further told us following Hell in a Cell on Sunday and this week's edition of Raw, Ryback is short term for the main roster at best. WZ will continue to keep you updated on this developing story. |

| What do they expect when they have these guys who aren't seasoned, the only place they've ever wrestled has been FCW/NXT and put them on TV? |

| He actually wasn't all bad of a wrestler though. He didn't do any of the fancy submissions and shit, but he wasn't BAD. ____________________ . Favorite Current Wrestlers:1. Sasha Banks 2. Becky Lynch 3. 4. 5. Favorite All-Time Wrestlers:Your dad |

| He was bad the whole time. He was a completely scripted character, meaning he offered nothing aside from the look. This was my opinion the ENTIRE time. Now that he's also an asshole, WWE is saying the same thing. |

Ryback was in OVW, same place where John Cena, Randy Orton, Dolph Zigger, Mike Mondo, Batista, Brock Lesner and many more learned to wrestle. ____________________ |

Going from face to heel doesnt change your ability to have inring talent. |

| You don't really have to have in-ring talent to be in the WWE, now do you? |

Going from face to heel doesnt change your ability to have inring talent. But it can affect your entertainment factor. |

| Ryback was great for his character, that's all that matters. We don't have to have Daniel Bryan's everywhere, that would be boring as hell. Might as well stop watching WWE and just watch indies if you want that. In WWE, it's emphasis on the CHARACTERS, that's what matters. ____________________ . Favorite Current Wrestlers:1. | No. If people want to see shows based on excellent ring-work, ROH is ready when they are. WWE isn't going to cater to the audience. |

I don't fully disagree with you, but I don't think in-ring ability needs to be sacrificed for a character, and neither does the wrestler in question need to be a cruiserweight. Look at Kane and Mark Henry, both have good characters, but both are entertaining in the ring. |

| I agree with that, but Ryback as a face was entertaining as well. Big E is too. Ryback would throw people around nicely, no one ever complained. I remember he did a fallaway slam on someone and they landed across someone else, it looked cool. ____________________ . Favorite Current Wrestlers:1. Sasha Banks 2. Becky Lynch 3. 4. 5.
