It doesn't even matter what Crackdown looked like. Mario is Mario. It's not "bad graphics", it's a cartoonish style that differs from more realistic graphics. Bad graphics are when you go for a certain style and it looks horrible in that style, not when you go for a style that isn't realism.
But also, Axel saying "So watch what you say before you speak" with the most cuntish use of a tongue emoji ever also reminds me why I hate him.
