Former creative writer Court Bauer recorded a new episode of The Bauer & Pollock podcast earlier today that had some startling information about WWE creative head Michael Hayes. Several reports recently have indicated that Hayes has been taking time off from the company to handle "personal matters", but Bauer revealed that he was actually suspended indefinitely.

Allegedly, Hayes offered alcohol to recovering WWE Diva Rosa Mendes, shortly after she returned from a stint in rehab. After being sent home from a WWE European tour earlier this year, Mendes entered a rehab facility, likely covered by the company. She made her return to the ring this past Monday night on Raw, in losing effort to Natala, Eva Marie and JoJo from WWE's Total Divas reality show.
