| Hogan wasn't good by the modern definition of a good wrestler. But he was good at what he did. |

| Hogan was a trash wrestler and always will be. Only reason why he's a mega star is because Vince drove him down everyones throats. |

| I wouldn't call him trash. I think it was just the WWF style just to almost never have a super exciting heated match. |

| Hogan had two different styles his American Style and the Style he had in Japan. In Japan Hogan would do more then just his typical 4 moves. And the whole shoving down people's throat Dead likes to spew out. yeah he was, but people still went to see him because he was the embodiment of the 80's and people didn't reject that. Hokey, all American, and the man could just talk people into seats. in the mid 90's he was able to help create another wrestling boom with his heel turn.
Hate him all you want, but you can't deny his importance to the business. And BTW Hogan's character was a creation of his own, not Vinces (tho he stole a lot from Dusty Rhodes and Superstar Billy, but then again who hasn't stolen something from someone), but all Vince did was put him on a bigger platform and the rest is history.
Is he Overrated? Yes. But the man is and forever an icon of the business...if not THE Icon. |

| I can deny his importance to the business. There are plenty of other people who could've had Hogan's role and done it better if they were chosen instead of Hogan.
Also, I've seen what Hogan wrestling in Japan was like. It's not really better than him wrestling in America. |

| Great argument. That's like saying "Well, if everyone other than Roman Reigns deserves to the top guy in WWE, why weren't they picked?" |

| I'm talking about Outside of the WWE. Why didn't someone else try to create a better Hogan?
And even within WWE there are only two people who possible could have taken is spot that was Savage and Warrior, but Warrior end up being a floop. |

| Hogan's importance and Impact is still felt today, rather you see that as a good thing or not. Cause WWE could have failed during the 80's but they didn't and who was the headliner? Hulk Fucking Hogan. Who Carried that company on their goddamn back? hulk fucking hogan. Who is one of the names always brought up when talking about wrestling? Hulk Fucking Hogan. At the end of the day this would of could should shit is just that...shit. You can say Someone else could have done it better, but that is just here say. |

| Maybe you mean in the way that cartoon wrestling really took front in center in wrestling than yeah you're right. I'll be fair and say there's always been people who saw it that way. Boy though would those people's heads would have exploded if they watched WWF/E wrestling from the '80s to today. |

Bull:
Would've Could've BUT DIDN'T and you can go on and on about it...But Hogan was the top Guy. Hogan was the one getting cash for the WWE. When WWE was doing house shows during the 80's Everyone wanted to be on the card Hogan WAS BECAUSE HE DREW THE MOST End of story |
