No it's not. There's a similar move, with a springboard into an aided Piledriver, but it's just a regular springboard with no somersault.

I've seen the bucks do it both ways. Somersault and without the somersault. Heck they did it without it recently.

It's listed as being done with the somersault anywhere I see a description for the Meltzer Driver. It's definitely the far more common way to do it and, I'd assume, that's the version Moose was referencing. It's also cool as fuck with the somersault.

Edit: Actually, the non-somersault version isn't the Meltzer Driver, it's called Indytaker (or "More Bang For Your Fuck"). So, they're two different moves.
