WWE has suspended Jose Rodriguez (Alberto Del Rio) for 30 days effective tomorrow, Thursday, Aug. 18, for his first violation of the company’s talent wellness policy.

He's probably gone after his contract runs out in October regardless. And from what I've read, he's been mailing it in anyways, so he probably wants to be gone. But interesting timing to announce this to say the least...
