Hmm... well I don't really have a "prepare" technique, I mainly just get into the mood for it. Sometimes I'll just randomly really feel like writing a wrestling match. I think of ways my character plays into the match, etc. It's just fun to me.

If by the Holy Trinity you mean Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, I wouldn't know. I for sure believe in God, but it's hard to deny the Holy Trinity if I am already a believer to begin with and follow the religion and believe in Joseph and Mary.
