While answering questions on Twitter, Sheamus was asked if he ever thought about getting a tattoo. Sheamus then took a shot at CM Punk saying that he maybe would get a tattoo of a leading cola brand logo. You can read the tweet below:

"shot" is kind of an exaggeration. I'd call it maybe a reference, or a joke, but it wasn't malicious or anything.
