JHalc vs. John Hudson Empty
PostSubject: Re: JHalc vs. John Hudson   JHalc vs. John Hudson EmptySat Sep 21, 2013 8:41 pm

There is a clip of John Hudson earlier in the day being filmed by a camcorder. The video shows Hudson doing push-ups. Once he is done, he walks over to the camera and flexes. He then says three simply words "Lets Go Baby" as he pushes the power button on the camera.

Ted Cedar: What a video package, Hudson loves the fans and they love him even more.
Adam Dennis: Who cares about the fans. Honestly. Who cares if your popular, this shouldn't be a contest of words. This should be a contest of strength and talent.

John Hudson and JHalc stare at each other from opposite sides of the ring. Hudson, the washed up sensation is making his return to not only XWA, but the wrestling world after being seclusion for the past year and a half. JHalc turns his head to the right and looks at the crowd. They respond by a loud roar, on the edge of their seats. Hudson is the right to make a move as he begins to walk at a medium pace to JHalc. Hudson reaches the turnbuckle in which JHalc is closest too. He extends his hand to the Jack of Hearts. Hudson receives a scoff back as JHalc brings his right hand to Hudson's and slaps it away. With his opposite hand, he closes it to make a fist and brings it from the side of his stomach, swiftly up to Hudson's chin. The blow sends Hudson staggering back close to the middle of the ring. Hudson brings his right foot up and stomps it to the ground to regain a firm stance. Hudson backs up a little bit more, continuing to keep an eye on JHalc. Hudson turns around 180 degrees towards the crowd, and opens his mouth snd brings both of his arms up straight, trying to start a "Hudson" chant. As it's getting going JHalc sprints at Hudson and brings his right hand up to hit the side of his opponent's head.

Ted Cedar: Look at the former World Champion JHalc showing his dominance. Reasons like this are why people consider him one of the best in the biz.
Adam Dennis: Of course he is, did you expect anything different? JHalc is great, in fact he shouldn't even be dealing with this jobber.

Hudson gets knocked to the ropes on the side of the hard cam from the blow. His right side goes down onto it and then his whole body swerves to the left so his back is on the ropes. JHalc steps away from Hudson and walks towards the opposite side of the ring. JHalc gets a smirk on his face as he looks at Hudson. He then starts to sprint at Hudson and runs directly into Hudson's abdomen, spearing him as both land outside of the ring. The camera pans to the crowd and they are on their feet. The camera zooms to one of the fan's signs that says "I'm a Joker". The referee begins a ten count, counting "1". Both men are on the ground, with JHalc's body on John Hudson's. Both are very close to the barricade. JHalc roles off of Hudson's body to the left. JHalc puts his hands out and plants them to the ground. He then brings his knees up to a crawling position. He then starts to crawl to the barricade. Once he is there, he takes his hands up to the barricade and hoists himself up to his feet. JHalc then turns his attention to Hudson. He then begins to walk over to him. Once he reaches him he brings his arms out and holds down to Hudson's head. JHalc then begins to lift Hudson up by the head to his feet. JHalc brings his face into Hudson's and begins to scream at the former NXD Champion. JHalc backs his face up and brings his left hand up to Hudson's and gives him a small slap. Hudson then gets visibly mad and brings his right hand up and slaps JHalc's face. Hudson then brings both of his hand to his chest and pushes out at JHalc sending him back. Hudson walks towards Jay and stands in front of him. Hudson then brings his right leg up and connects with JHalc's abdomen. JHalc then keels over in pain and holds his stomach. Hudson brings both of his hands over to the side of JHalc. He then pushes JHalc into the ring. The referee counts to 9 as Hudson himself leaps onto the ring apron and holds the top rope up to get back in the ring.

Adam Dennis: No! That idiot cannot win. JHalc is to good!
Ted Cedar: Come on Hudson, do it!

Hudson walks over to the side where JHalc's legs are. Once he was at his feet, he brings both hands down onto the feet and starts to drag him. He drags him all the way to the centre of the ring. Hudson then drops his legs and turns his attention to the turnbuckle. Hudson walks over to the left turnbuckle that is closest to the announcers. Hudson then begins to climb the turnbuckle while facing the crowd. Once he gets to the top, he jumps up and flips backwards and when his stomach collides with something, it isn't JHalc. It's the mat. Hudson lets a scream as he rolls over on his back holding his stomach in pain. An instant replay is shown from another camera angle and it shows that JHalc moved out of the way. JHalc then brings his hands and knees up and begins to crawl over to the same turnbuckle that Hudson was just on. He crawls his way over and his hands reach the second pad and brings himself up to a standing position facing the turnbuckle. He then begins to climb, hand over foot. Once JHalc reaches the top he looks at the crowd and leaps off, turning his body sideways in the process for a cross body! JHalc lands sideways on Hudson's stomach. Now that he's on the body, he brings his right hand out and tells the ref to make the count, slapping his hand down to the ground.

Ted Cedar: Looks like this match is done. JHalc just ruined Hudson's return!
Adam Dennis: Ruined, more like made it better. By the way, John...who? All I see is a loser in a scuba suit.

Hudson barely throws his arm and shoulder out for the kickout. JHalc backs off of Hudson and goes onto his knees and looks at the ref. He asks him if it was only 2 and the ref bobs his head in response. JHalc steps up off his knees with his right foot and goes to a stand. JHalc looks at John Hudson and brings both of his hands down to Hudson's hands and lobs him up to a standing position and let's go. Hudson who is groggy turns his head towards JHalc and gives him a sad look. JHalc then brings both his hands to the back of Hudson's head. He then brings his knees up to Hudson's head. JHalc begins to go down for the Flying Triangle, however Hudson puts all of his weight into it and slams JHalc down for a modified spine buster. Hudson stands his ground and looks at the fallen Main Event (who is in the second match). Hudson staggers back a bit, continuing to keep an eye on his opponent. Hudson brings his right hand and holds his stomach in pain from the cross body. Hudson begins to walk closer to JHalc and brings both of his arms out, and spreads his wing span to stalk. Hudson continues to stare at JHalc while keeling over a little bit. JHalc slowly gets to his feet, on his knees and then using his hands to propel him to his feet. John Hudson is on JHalc like bees on honey. He brings his hands to the back of JHalc's head and jumps up and out, slamming JHalc's head down to the mat for the B3J! Hudson also lands on the mat because of himself. He then crawls over a bit to JHalc and shifts his body onto him as the ref begins the count.

Laura Watts: Here is your winner the Perennial Prince, John Hudson!

Adam Dennis: You have to be kidding me. How did he win? JHalc clearly outmatches him!
Ted Cedar: Not tonight Adam, not tonight.

The camera goes to a close up off Hudson's face and he has a smile ear to ear. JHalc rolls out of the ring facing the entrance. Hudson looks at the fans and then drops to his knees as the camera backs out. Hudson is facing the hard cam. He then begins to bow to the crowd and the crowd starts a "You are Awesome" chant. Hudson then goes to his side and rolls out of the ring and walks towards the fans. The Perennial Prince reaches the barricade and falls back to the crowd. The fans pat him on the back and the two are one.

JHalc vs. John Hudson Empty
PostSubject: Re: JHalc vs. John Hudson   JHalc vs. John Hudson EmptySat Sep 21, 2013 11:51 pm

The show comes back from commercial with John Hudson already in the ring and JHalc on his way down the ramp. Apparently, before the break he had walked back into his locker to get his signature hat, because it is back on top of his head as he hops up onto the apron. He looks out into the crowd, and can't help but to laugh at the amount of David Michaels signs he sees. He turns his attention to his opponent and shakes his head in disappointment as his music comes to an end. He removes his hat and places it on the ring post before stepping through the ropes and into the ring.

Cedar:
Is it wrong of me to think that this is a bit of a mismatch?

Dennis:
Well if that hack David Michaels has anything to say about it, the odds are going to be stacked against the Jack of Hearts.

Cedar:
I was talking about the fact that we have a former world champion in the ring with a rookie.

Dennis:
You think JHalc still has what it takes to compete on the main event level? Get serious.

DING DING DING

[center]The bell rings and we get a lockup straightaway. JHalc, who is disadvantaged in both height and weight, manages to maneuver John Hudson into the corner by throwing his full weight into the lockup. The less experienced star looks for a clean break but that is not Jay's style. The Jack of Hearts slaps him across the face; drawing heavy boos from the crowd. The referee steps in and separates the two, but as he turns his back to JHalc, the smaller man lurches forward into the corner, ducking around the referee and thrusting his shoulder into the midsection of his opponent. The official grabs the former world champion by his shoulders and pulls him back away from the corner. He turns to face The Perennial Prince but he explodes out of the corner, leveling JHalc with a diving forearm smash that sends the crowd into frenzy.

Cedar:
John Hudson is not going to be intimidated here in the early going!

Dennis:
The crowd is already, and typically, getting behind this guy.

The Jack of Hearts is not to be intimidated though. He rolls over onto his side and pushes off the mat before Hudson can keep on the assault. As the two come together again in the center of the ring JHalc sends a dropkick to his opponent's knee that sends him face first onto the mat. Jay shuffles back up and John pushes himself up off the mat, but before he can get to a vertical base Jay hits a couple of big right hands to the side of his head. John reels back, but Jay keeps the pressure on, locking in a headlock. John rises to his feet easily, with the crowd behind him, and manages to tuck his head and push JHalc off towards the ropes. The former Main Event bounces off the ropes and comes back to greet the new XWA star with a shoulder block that drops him to the canvas. Jay turns and sprints to the ropes again as The Perennial Prince gets up, and this time Jay isn't so lucky, as he runs into a right hand that rocks him back on his heels. John closes the distance between the two and grabs JHalc by the back of his head before tosses him over the top rope and to the outside.

Dennis:
The rookie has moves.

1!

John Hudson turns and sprints to the other side of the ring, hitting the ropes and gaining momentum before rushing back towards JHalc as he rises on the outside. The rookie goes for a baseball slide but Jay sidesteps, grabbing a hold of both of his opponent's feet.

Cedar:
JHalc caught him!

2!

Jay pulls him the rest of the way out of the ring and throws a right hand. John blocks the shot and counters with a right hand of his own. Jay staggers back and John fires another shot that catches Jay across the cheekbone.

3!

John reaches out and grabs Jay by the wrist, yanking him by the arm for a whip into the barricade. Jay keeps his grip and turns the tables sending The Perennial Prince sprinting towards the barricade instead. John stops himself just short of the barricade and exhales heavily in relief.

4!

John turns towards the former world champion who turns on his heel and starts to run the opposite direction. The Jack of Hearts turns the corner and slides into the ring. John catches him before he can slide all the way in and pulls him back out to the floor. The referee is unsure if he should continue his count or start over and hesitates for a moment to see what transpires. John lands another stiff right hand, and again tries to whip Jay towards the barricade, this time succeeding. JHalc slams back first into the barricade and then stumbles forward back towards his opponent. John grabs him by the back of the neck and slides him into the ring before hopping up to the apron himself. Jay rolls to the center of the ring, face down and the Perennial Prince has something high risk in mind.

Cedar:
John Hudson has JHalc on the defensive!

Dennis:
That's gonna change if he doesn't stay on top of him. What is he doing?

Instead of climbing through the ropes the bigger man in the match-up climbs the nearest turnbuckle. John Hudson rises to his full height and leaps off going for a double stomp from the top but Jay rolls out of the way. John lands on both feet, but the knee that JHalc kicked out from under him in the early going buckles and he stumbles forward ungracefully. Just like that, the former world champion is on the move sprinting to the turnbuckle as John takes a minute to recover from his sketchy landing. Jay steps outside the ring and then hoists himself up onto the top rope in a seated position but John is already back on him and cuts him off. John leaps up to the second rope and pummels JHalc with a few right hands. The Jack of Hearts reels backwards in a daze and the XWA newcomer sees his opportunity to strike. John Hudson pushes Jay back and steps up to the top rope before leaping up and landing on Jay's shoulders. He throws himself backwards, trying to drag his opponent down him with him but tries for a top rope hurricanrana, but JHalc falls forward off the top rope and lands a huge sit down powerbomb counter.

Dennis:
He's gotta be out cold!

1!

2!

Shoulder up before 3!

Cedar:
The rookie is still in it!

John rolls onto his side and Jay gives him a push towards the ropes. The Jack of Hearts gets up and runs to the other side of the ring. JHalc bounces off the ropes and sprints back towards his foe. As he approaches he slides, and his feet connect to the ribs of Hudson, sending him flying off the mat and to the outside. The Perennial Prince hits the floor hard, and rolls to a stop just short of the barricade. JHalc gets to his feet and plots his next move as the feed cuts to a commercial break.

===================================================
Taking the action outside the ring? Skip over it with a commercial!

#BreakingTheFifthWall
===================================================

We come back from commercial to see JHalc slamming John Hudson chest first into the side of the ring, before he hoists him up and rolls him back to the inside. Back in the ring, John Hudson fights to his feet, and slaps JHalc before kicking him in the chest. He takes off running to the ropes while the Jack of Hearts staggers backwards a few steps. John hits the ropes and allows his momentum to push him forwards towards his opponent, John leaps towards Jay, but the former world champion sees him coming, and ducks the flying clothesline, sending Hudson flying through the air before ungracefully crashing to the mat. John pushes his chest up off the mat but as he does, Jay sends a sickening kick to his elbow, that forces him to drop back to the mat face first. For a moment Jay just stands there, watching his opponent try to compose himself. He snaps back to life though, and grabs Hudson by the arm that he just kicked out from under him and drags his body towards the ropes.

Cedar:
The Show Stealer warned us all about this!

The Jack of Hearts spins on his heel, turning his attention to the titantron as the crowd comes to life awaiting the appearance of David Michaels. As suddenly as the music started though, it cuts. The fans hang in suspense for a moment and even Jay looks confused as to what is happening. The Show Stealer doesn't appear at the top of the ramp, but JHalc's opponent is starting to stir. John Hudson pushes himself up off of the mat, but that is where Jay stops him, dropping an elbow directly between his shoulder blades before looking back up at the stage with a smile on his face.

Dennis:
I don't get it! Where is he?

Cedar:
Apparently JHalc isn't the only one that knows how to play mind games.

JHalc drapes Hudson's arm over the bottom rope, and then reaches under the rope and grabs his wrist. The official tries to pull him away but Jay plants both of his feet on the bottom ropes and uses all of his strength to pull the wrist of The Perennial Prince under the rope. Hudson's arm contorts wickedly around the rope, and the official's attempts to pull JHalc away just put more pressure on it. The referee has no choice but to resort to his five count.

1!

Hudson screams in agony, wondering why the referee didn't start his count sooner.

2!

The fans start to intensely boo the actions of their once beloved world champion, and the sick smirk on JHalc's face just widens as a result.

3!

Jay leans forward, reducing the pressure and watches as the pain fades into relief of the face of his opponent.

4!

Finding it satisfying to take that look off of John's face Jay wrenches backwards with all his strength, only stopping once his opponent's wrist slips from his hands. The referee swoops in, with the hold broken, and pulls JHalc out of the way so that he can check on the possibly injured star. Jay eyes the top of the ramp, making sure that there are still no unwanted visitors trying to sneak up on him.

Cedar:
JHalc really will do anything to hurt people won't he?

Dennis:
You heard him earlier, this is all a joke to him!

John assures the referee that he is ok to continue and turns back to his opponent just as the Jack of Hearts comes sprinting towards him. Jay attempts a second baseball slide, but John throws himself back out of the way and Jay slides under the bottom rope and down to the outside of the ring. John Hudson pulls himself up with his good arm, with some assistance from the ropes and turns on his heel towards the adjacent ropes. The Perennial Prince steps up to the second rope only inches from the turnbuckle with ease and then raises his other foot to the top before pushing himself backwards, over the top rope and outside the ring. Jay rises to his feet just in time for Hudson's body to come crashing down on him. Both men hit the ground hard, with John still favoring his arm.

Cedar:
These two can't seem to stay inside the ring!

1!

John pushes himself away from his downed opponent, breathing a sigh of relief that his high risk finally paid off.

2!

Dennis:
I think the ref has spent more time counting than he has officiating.

3!

JHalc turns over onto his side and starts to crawl towards the ring, at the opposite end of the ropes from his opponent.

4!

John sits up and grabs the ring skirt, pulling himself, with his good arm, up to his knees.

5!

JHalc gets to the ring steps and starts to climb up them towards the ring.

6!

Both men slide back into the ring, despite being on opposite sides from one another. Jay uses the ropes and gets up to his feet while his opponent manages to get up to his feet under his own power. John is cradling his injured arm but as the two come together he throws a closed fist with his good arm that catches Jay across the eye. The Perennial Prince follows with a stiff kick to the midsection that backs Jay up to the corner. John Hudson mounts JHalc in the corner and hits him with a series of punches. The official moves to break the two up, but Jay ducks under a punch and escapes between his opponent's legs, before the referee can insert himself. John isn't to be outsmarted by the escaping JHalc, he leaps from the second rope, up to the top and then corckscrews backwards just as Jay turns around to face him. The problem for The Perennial Prince is that the official is in between the two stars and as he falls through the air, the smallest man in the ring is the one that falls victim to his senton. John lands hard on top of the referee and JHalc doesn't hesitate to take advantage for a second.

Dennis:
Somebody disqualify this guy!

Cedar:
Are you blind? That clearly wasn't intentional.

Jay gets the upper hand with a jab to the throat. JHalc almost hits a back suplex, but John Hudson lands on his feet. John Hudson tries for the B3J (cutter) but Jay pushes him off hard, off towards the turnbuckles. The bigger man leaps up in the corner instead of slamming into it chest first. He springs backwards but JHalc jumps up as he falls and brings him down with a backstabber. The Jack of Hearts turns himself around on the mat and throws himself over the Perennial Prince for the pin attempt but the referee is still down. He turns to the ramp and waves his hand for another referee to come down. Moments pass before another official comes sprinting down the ramp. He slides into the ring just as JHalc was about to abandon the pin attempt.

1!

2!

Kickout just after 2!

Cedar:
You have to feel like this one would have been over if not for waiting for the referee.

The referee signals to Jay that it was only two, and, uncharacteristically, he does not argue. Instead he gets to his feet with his hands in the air, nodding in agreement that the pin came up a second short. The official seems caught off guard by JHalc's compliance, and takes his eye off of him to check on the other superstar in the ring. As he turns, JHalc lurches forward and grabs the man's head before dropping him to the mat with The RJB!

Dennis:
JHalc just got some retribution for that slow count!

Cedar:
That is cause for a blatant disqualification!

Dennis:
Are you blind? The real referee is still down and at John Hudson's hand, no less.

The fans boo viciously as JHalc rolls the official out of the way, pushing him under the ropes and outside of the ring. The innocent man falls lifelessly to the floor and Jay turns his attention back to the match at hand. Hudson is rising as The Jack of Hearts turns and Jay throws a left boot towards the back of his head. The shot gets ducked, and JHalc swings around wildly from the momentum of the missed kick. John Hudson snaps back to life and reaches through JHalc's legs before pulling him back first onto the mat with a school boy style roll-up.

Cedar:
There's no referee to make the count!

John lets go of Jay's legs and tries to roll away, knowing that he isn't going to get the win without an official conscious. Both men move to get up but instead of rising Jay dives from his knees, at his opponent. JHalc rips at Hudson's face, and slams him to the mat before raining down a series of elbows to his temple, each more vicious than the last. Jay stands up and looks at the damage he has done before running over to the ropes and leaping onto the middle one, springboarding back for the lionsault. John Hudson moves rolls closer to the ropes and Jay over shoots him, but lands on his feet. It's Jay's turn at tweaking his knee on the sketchy landing. John takes advantage, pushing himself from the mat and running straight to the ropes. Hudson now springs off the middle rope and pushes himself back towards Jay, hitting a big back elbow drop that sends both of them back down. John doesn't even attempt a pin, knowing it is of no use, and instead drags Jay back to his feet and whips him into the corner.

Cedar:
For what its worth, the rookie has firm control at the moment.

Dennis:
It doesn't matter if there is nobody to count the fall for him.

The former world champion hits the turnbuckles hard, with the top pad hitting dead center between his shoulder blades. John rushes at him, but Jay lifts himself up and John plows into the ring post. The Jack of Hearts drops down behind John and waits for him to sit up. Jay elbows him in the side of the head and seats John Hudson on the top rope. John Hudson fights back and goes for a sunset bomb, but JHalc pushes off and backs up into the center of the ring. John Hudson hits a dropkick from the top rope and Jay tumbles backwards from the impact. He starts to rise but John is already on the sprint to the ropes. Jay turns towards him but is hit with a hurricanrana from the middle rope. The crowd erupts, not only from the in ring action, but because of the commotion on the stage. David Michaels finally appears and sprints down the ramp. As he gets to ringside, he grabs the official that Jay had discarded and slides him back into the ring, shouting at him to make the count. The Perennial Prince slides over to Jay and holds his arm down away from the ropes for the pin attempt.

1!

2!

Shoulder Up!

Dennis:
What does he think he is doing?!?!

Cedar:
David Michaels has come to restore order to this match-up.

John keeps his composure and lifts Jay up from the mat one final time. He pushes him backwards and lets him rebound back towards him. At once John grabs him by the head with a three-quarters face lock and dives forward. Jay's hand finds the top rope though and latches on, allowing the Jack of Hearts to avoid Hudson's finishing cutter narrowly. Thinking instinctively, JHalc leaps and hits a dropkick to the already worked over arm of his opponent as he sits up. John spirals away, holding his arm with the pain from the earlier assault already resurfacing. JHalc tries to get back to his feet, he holds the middle rope, and staggers a little. Jay looks up from the ring and up to the ramp to see David Michaels staring back at him, having stolen his signature hat from the ring post. The camera catches a smile on the face of the Jack of Hearts. Jay doesn't panic though, he rights himself but John is back up to his feet and just waiting for the right moment to strike. The Jack of Hearts grabs the top rope and straightens himself on his feet before he turns. David Michaels waits on the ramp wearing a smile, knowing that JHalc is about to be a victim of his own game. John Hudson lurches forward on the attack but JHalc leaps into the air, landing on John's shoulders and gripping a hold of the injured arm. John's torso is dragged down towards the mat, but he stays on his feet. JHalc locks his legs behind John's head and wrenches his trapped arm as he hangs from the bigger man's shoulders. Needing to relieve the pressure on his arm John drops to a knee, but it is then that JHalc applies pressure and sinks in the triangle choke. John flails for the ropes, but finds himself trapped in the center of the ring. With no other option he taps out in hopes that JHalc will break the hold.

DING DING DING

Dennis:
JHalc pulled that Flying Triangle out of nowhere!

Cedar:
It doesn't look like he is going to let it go!

JHalc watches as David sprints down the ramp and slides into the ring. He releases the hold before the Show Stealer can get to him, and then slides out of the ring on the opposite side. David rises to his feet in the middle of the ring, but Jay is already fleeing around the outside, making his way to the ramp where he scoops up his fedora before starting to back away. The titantron comes to life with the replay of the end of the match. JHalc turns and looks at the screen, pointing to it to direct David's attention to it.

Cedar:
JHalc saw it coming!

The replay shows JHalc spot Michaels, but then look away, up at the titantron. The smile on his face only comes once he spots himself in the frame, with his opponent laying in wait behind him.

Dennis:
David Michaels played right into JHalc's hands!

Cedar:
He couldn't have had that planned out...

Dennis:
Didn't you hear what he told Michaels earlier? He always has a plan. He always gets the last laugh.

The camera zooms in on a now irate David Michaels in the ring as JHalc backpedals towards the stage. The Perennial Prince was just a pawn in the game between the two, and this time JHalc had won. With a final look at the winner of the contest, the show cuts to a commercial break.
