- According to today’s Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE wants to use the Ronda Rousey angle from WrestleMania to build to a singles match with Stephanie McMahon next year at WrestleMania 32. There had been speculation that WWE might do a mixed tag team match or put Rousey and McMahon in Triple H and the Rock’s corners for a singles match between the two men, but the site reports that WWE is pushing for the Rousey/Stephanie singles match.

The site adds that the company has wanted this match since last year’s SummerSlam. Previous reports had suggested WWE was trying to bring in Rousey for some sort of appearance last year but that it had been nixed for various reasons. The match would obviously be very likely to see Rousey get the win.

Dana White will of course need to give approval for any match involving Rousey and while WWE wants the match to happen, there are some serious hurdles they would need to clear in order to have it happen.

Rousey and Rock VS Mcmahon and HHH

As awesome as it would be, I can't see UFC agreeing.

I would rather see Rousey/McMahon and HHH/Rock as Singles matches...but they'll probably put them together and make match stupid if they can pull getting Rousey.

Won't matter what the UFC will say come next year. Ronda is gonna pack up soon. She's moving on very quick from simply just "Ultimate Fighting"/MMA. It's pretty apparent. Gina Carano who looks 5 times as good, but probably 5 times less talented in terms of martial arts never came back after getting some movie roles. Granted she is not some A-List box office gold, she is doing enough to live comfortably, without needing to wear her body down with training and actual fights.

Can't wait to see Carano in Deadpool.

Rousey vs. McMahon shouldn't last longer then 30 seconds.

It should last 8 minutes and it should include run ins from every heel Diva in WWE history... and Rousey should kick all of their asses. It should be a kung foo movie climax. Ass kicking left and right culminating in Rousey breaking Stephanie's arm.

Or Stephanie winning with a snap mare.

I can already see Dana White asking for Brock Lesnar's appearance one more time :V

Gina Carano was so untalented, she was Strikeforce's most dominant womens fighter until she was essentially beaten by a man on steroids. So okay then.

Don't see Stephanie getting a single bit of offense in on Rousey unless there's massive interference help.

I can see this match having a lot of stipulation and the deck stacked against Ronda if this actually happens. Triple H is gonna be the referee, J&J Security will be security at ringside, Big Show's gonna be in Stephanie's corner, and it's a no disqualification match so anything goes.
