OPENING SEGMENT | Smoke Xtreme - "An Announcement Heard From Around The World"

As the show pyrotechnics come to a close, signalling the opening of the show, the fans are already on there feet as go wild. The show’s theme song continue to play while the camera’s pan around on the many fan’s in the Richmond Coliseum. The light’s around the ring are also moving around as the show’s theme now begins to fade and we now hear a more familiar theme song.

Ted Cedar:

Oh will you look who it is. It’s XWA’s COO Smoke Xtreme!

Joey Miles:

Something tells me this is not good. But almost everytime that we see Smoke in a XWA Ring, it is some serious business.

Ted Cedar:

Smoke Xtreme although witty at times, does have a serious side. One that can be described as dark, cruel and even heartless. Many have fallen to Smoke and now the two big security guards that stand behind him., it is not a side that anybody wants to fall under.

Joey Miles:

Let’s hope he is firing somebody Tonight. And what I mean by firing someone, is you. You big waste of space.

Smoke wearing his usual fancy clothing. A White suit with a black tie that completes his fancy look walks down the Ramp. A much very serious look on his face as he many of the people that are Ringside boo the COO of XWA as he now approaches the bottom end of the ramp and stops. His Bodyguards stop along with him as well. He looks to his right and the cameraman zooms in on his face, a much sadden look can be seen drawn on the face of Smoke, knowing that these last several months have been grueling for him and then proceeds to turn to his left and climbs up steel steps. Making his way onto the Ring Apron he ducks inbetween the top and middle rope and enters the ring and approaches to Laura Watts who hands him a Mic and now walks towards the corner of the ring and exits leaving the two big Bodyguards and Smoke Xtreme in the ring. His Theme now begins to die down and now gets replaced with a loud, almost mind blowing amount of Boo’s. They are so loud that it wouldn’t seem that the volume has tad down abit from Smoke’s Theme being cut off.

Smoke Xtreme:

ladies and gentlemen… Welcome to Vendetta ONE HUNDRED AND FIVE!!

*The crowd cheers*

Smoke Xtreme:

Now tonight here in the Richmond Coliseum we have a huge show set for you guys, a show that could possibly be the greatest show of the year. But before we even move on to Tonight, there are some things that I would like to take care of first. You see, as XWA COO it is my Job, my responsibility that each and every one of you guys sitting here, and to those that are sitting at home, get the best out of wrestling and entertainment. Now… I am not really all that much in for the people but when Graphs show, and I mean when they do show and there is a good amount of decreasing going on….Well, that’s when I am going to have to start listening to the people. Which is why I stand here Tonight. Tonight is going to be a momentous night and I am going to be sure. No, not just sure but confident in what the direction that XWA will be heading. However, before we get to that I would like to bring out the person running Vendetta, Thomas Barnez.

*The crowd cheer’s at the mentioning of The Red Princes name*

The crowd all cheer and turn their attention to the entrance way, as the music is all so familiar to everyone knows who is coming out. Thomas slowly struts out to the entrance way and stops. Wearing a cut denim jacket with a plain white T-Shirt that covers his body underneath, Blue Jeans and his Black long hair all tied up. The man dubbed as “The Giant” - To which he truly is with his massive height, now stands at the top of the ramp and observes the crowd fully, listening to there reaction before he begins his walk down the ramp, towards the ring, before he reaches to the steps and slowly climbs them up before reaching the ring apron, pulling down on the top rope climbs over the top rope with ease. Thomas walks towards Smoke and places his hand out to which, Smoke does the same and claps his hand along with Thomas’s as Thomas’s Theme now fades out and Smoke stands right next to the guy who is almost a foot smaller than him!

Smoke Xtreme:

Now I know that you know why that I have called you out and you are possibly wondering why I couldn’t just do this Backstage and just have you simply sign your resignation papers and leave, but to me Thomas, you are more worthy than that. What you have done these last several months whether if it was inside this ring giving the people what they wanted to see. Bringing back some hardcore match types, most noticeably the show opening match at King of Xtreme which is known as, Survival of the Sickest. A match that quite possibly, helped boost the career of others and gave some an edge, a point to where toughness and durability is shown for. It is without question that every man involved in that match suffered or went to another side that they have never gone through and I think that it is safe to say that everyone watching from around the world, and those here tonight in Richmond Virginia would like to thank you for one hell of a match stipulation that you brought in.

*Thomas smiles and looks over to the crowd who can be seen cheering him on*

Smoke Xtreme:

With that being said, the last two months have been treacherous for XWA. Not only for the People that are Backstage but also at XWA headquarters. We have been trying to figure out in what way can we bring back, raise the company back to it’s feet and over the weekend I had a meeting with the Board of Directors and we have talked about several possible ways that we could bring XWA back to it’s feet and one of the discussions that was brought up is bringing in a New General Manager. A New General Manager that is fresh, fun, very full of personality and fits in well with the modern day people. That can understand them very well and can just click very well with the XWA Fans. It wasn’t very easy finding this person that would fit the bill as you would imagine, not everyone can have all four traits and be exceptionally well. All can try… But many will not succeed. Which is why tonight here live on Vendetta, I am here to present to you this man. A man who not only is a former wrestler in his own right but also, overwhelms the four traits that I have mentioned and fits the Bill perfectly. Ladies and gentlemen please welcome The NEW General Manager!..

As “Never gonna stop me” hits the PA System, we see a unfamiliar face walk up into the centre of the stage. The Arena light’s shine bright on the man’s long, wavy blond hair that drapes over onto his shoulders, wearing blue jeans and a blue collared stripe t-shirt, the man makes his way down the ramp with his head turning to his left and looks over to the crowd who is rather abit quiet on the man not knowing much about this new guy that is making his way to the ring but does get several cheers from the people in attendance from the Richmond Coliseum. Now reaching the bottom ramp, the blond haired man runs and dives underneath the bottom rope and stares up at Thomas giving him a rather crazed look. Thomas doesn’t react to this at all as he just simply stares into the man’s eyes not showing any type of facial expression. He then turns his head to his left and looks at XWA’s COO who shows an opposite feeling as he claps his hands together and smiles. The blond haired man gets up to his feet and turns his attention back onto Thomas and looks deadly into his eyes where Thomas does the same as well in return. the staredown that is given can be felt much throughout the crowd. Thomas remains giving the newly announced GM a blank stare before slowly walking past him and walks towards the ropes, pulling the top ropes down, he climbs over on them with ease and jumps off the ring apron and starts making his way back up the ramp. the new GM looks over his shoulder and back towards the ramp watching Thomas leave. The Giant doesn’t look back at all as he now leaves, the man now looks to Smoke who hands him the mic he was using. His Theme Song now begins to cut off and fade away.

So this is Richmond Virginia huh? I know you guys can get louder then that..

*The Crowd cheers*

There we go, much better. Now I know that are many questions about who I am and why was I called in to take the Job and I am here to tell you all why. But first I would bet that you are all wondering as to what my name is… The funny thing is you may not believe this and you would probably think that I am joking to you all because me and this person do not look alike. He has brunette hair and is in a different ethnic group to where as I, am full Canadian. and have hair that is blond, giving the impression that I look like an Al-Pha-Pa looking kid.

*The Crowd laughs while he looks on and smiles at the Joke he made*

I know he is Backstage right now preparing for his match and is watching on but, I would like to wish you luck tonight….Riley.

*The Crowd all cheer not only to the mention of Riley Williamson but also, due to the shocking announcement that this person is the Brother to the former XWA Rising Star Division Champion. Even Smoke Xtreme is surprised as his mouth almost literally but figuratively drops with his eyes widen. He knew he had sign someone under the name of Williamson but didn’t know that this person was related to Riley Williamson*

Alex Williamson:

My name is Alex Williamson. And I do plan on making this show interesting again. This is my Job, and I plan on taking it seriously. I could get alittle bit fresh and may just throw some Jokes here and there but rest assured, I do plan on shaking things up again, Starting off with tonight’s Vendetta. Tonight’s Vendetta has a special theme to it, the theme that I am talking about is XWA Roulette. Now eariler today exclusively on XWA.com there was a drawing so to speak on all the matches that were made for tonight. In that drawing there was Twenty Stipulations that were put on the spinning wheel and as you all know, whenever the point lands on the Stipulation, that would be said stipulation for said match. Some of the matches that we will see tonight in this very ring include, Matthew Bradley vs. Jared Jerusalem in a… STRETCHER MATCH!

*The Crowd applauds and cheers on hearing that Matthew Bradley will take on Jared Jerusalem in a Stretcher Match*

Alex Williamson:

Dominik Diveraz vs. Mark Storey in a PURE RULES MATCH!!

*The Cheers get abit more louder*

Alex Williamson:

Razor Xtreme will take on E.G. Deal in a AMBULANCE MATCH!!!

*With E.G. Deal’s name being mentioned, the crowd cheers*

Alex Williamson:

And the Main Event, which will feature XWA World Heavyweight Champion, Minkaro. Going up against XWA Hall of Famer, Ace Andrews in a… FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH!!!!

*The Crowd is rather neutral for both men but cheers on, hearing the match be Falls Count Anywhere*

Alex Williamson:

I hope you all enjoy the show because I know, I will. Enjoy the rest of the show!

*”Never gonna stop me” hits the PA system again and Alex can be seen leaving the ring with Smoke. Both men walk up the ramp while Alex claps some of the fans hands as some have there hands reaching out to him*

Ted Cedar:

What a shocking development that we have just learned. We now have a new Main General Manager but not only that, he is the Brother of Riley Williamson!

Joey Miles:

Un-fucking believable. Why would Smoke do something as stupid firing a veteran, a man who is a well known and replace him with someone who is rather not well known and may not get over well with the people?

Ted Cedar:

I wouldn’t go over to say that. This is the guy’s first night running things and I believe he started off well on the right foot. Making this Vendetta very special. Ladies and gentlemen we are going to go to break but stay tuned, as we have Xtreme Icon going up against El Hijo Del Minkaro in a Street Fight!
