The TNA TV/Global/Legends title was never vacated, shockingly. Deactivations dont count.

It was vacated, though, when Devon held it and there was confusion over his contract status. I've only seen a handful of episodes of Impact in the past few years, but that was one. I remember thinking it was weird because he was back a week or two later.

Double-checking Wikipedia says it was vacated on September 26, 2012, then Samoa Joe defeated Mr. Anderson on September 27 to fill the gap.

How many of Vacant's title reigns have ended in matches where he didn't have to be pinned to lose the strap? ALL OF THEM! WWE in particular seems fond of booking him in triple threat matches where it's like he's not even there.
