Has anyone with either a PS3 or PS4 ever have trophy issues?

I got completed a side mission the other day on Watch_Dogs, where you had to find and collect 8 phones. I did that and the in game progression wheel recognises that I did the task...but the trophy for it on PSN doesn't recognise it at all :\

I mean, it's hardly the end of the World, but I had plans to Platinum this (never done it before) and now due to one stupid glitch, I won't be able to <_<

It's happened to me in cases of a couple games, most recently a couple for GTA V, and it's kind of annoying because I would try and go back and get the trophy again but it still would glitch or something. It kinda sucks when you're on your way to Platinum a game.

Yeah, it's fucking annoying. Doesn't look like these things get fixed either <_<
