You are now a talent agent for a wrestling company, also a part of creative.  They need you to look over this newly signed talent and come up with something for each of them. Some a good in some parts and bad in others so you need to find a way to either hide them or fix them.

Some Rules: Can't job them out or fire them. Must make them a star, superstar, or Face of the company

Zach Tate
Ht: 5’10
WT: 215
Age: 31
Wrestling skills: Pretty amazing, fans really get hyped when he comes out to wrestle. Can get a good match with anyone you put him up with.
Look: He isn’t big but he is pretty cut and ripped.  Looks real rugged.
Mic skills: Depends on what you give him. Can be good to passable to kinda awful.
Backstage: He is pretty quiet, will listen to whatever you want to give him.

Ryan Roogers
Ht: 6’2
Wt: 289
Age: 25
Wrestling skills: Is pretty decent, can be really good when paired with the right person.
Look: Muscular. Handsome
Mic Skills: Most of his promos are short and to the point.
Backstage: One of the nicest guys, a real team player.

Scott Dyson
Ht: 6’4
Wt: 288
Age:  29
Wrestling skill: Was an all American in wrestling. Can put on the best matches in the night. Can move pretty fast for a big guy and can dive out of the ring when needed.
Look: Muscular, very handsome, has the all American athlete look.
Mic skills: can’t really cut promos well, he can be a little passable but mostly it’s pretty bad.
Backstage: Keeps to himself most of the time.

Jesse Delton
Ht: 6’3
Wt: 245
Age: 23
Wrestling skills: Many say he could be the best wrestler in his gen. Goes out there and puts on amazing matches.
Look: Not too big muscular wise, but he as great look to him and his very handsome.
Mic skills: Can hand the crowd in the hands. Can really get  them behind him as a face, make them hate his guts as a heel.
Backstage: Pretty much a dick, feels like everything should be given to him, hard headed and stubborn.

You just described Jerry Lynn, Dave Batista, Dr. Death Steve Williams and Shawn Michaels. Funny

It'd be a better exercise if you could see them. On paper Ted Dibiase Jr. should have been 10 time world champion.
