As we noted in our live events results article, Jack Swagger briefly won the Intercontinental Title from Big E during last night's live event in Hidalgo, TX. The match was restarted, however, by GM Brad Maddox, after it was discovered that Big E's leg was under the ropes during the three count. Is this actually going in the record books as a title victory?

No, because the match was restarted so technically his title reign didnt happen. That's my biggest pet peeve with WWE though, they do these stupid angles at house shows where people win titles only for a GM to come out and reverse it.

What was the pay off from this? It's not like he was a face getting screwed over...granted, it's all on a house show, but still.

I imagine, piss off fans because he won, decision reversed in favor of the face.  Make people happy.
