I don't only say that cause I'm a bit biased, because I like them both, but because I believe Batman can beat everyone. When you do "vs" rounds, you usually think "power and intelligence." Cell would beat Broly in DBZ because even though they're equals in power level (till the second Broly movie, anyway), Cell is much more intelligent. But no one ever thinks of PREP TIME. Usually when you do "Bats vs." you have to specify the circumstances, but never when it comes to Batman vs Superman. Batman knows Supes' weakness is kryptonite, and he makes sure to carry it around with him everywhere he goes. He has a pocket in his belt for kryptonite and he's not afraid to use it. He's a brilliant strategist and his physical ability will aid him. It's enough to put Supes down for the count.

I like Bats better but Supes wins IMO.

Supes is strong, but he can't handle kryptonite. He himself gave Bats a piece of kryptonite so he could take him out. Bats can beat everyone in the JLA (Tower of Babel in comics and Doom in cartoons)

Followed VERY closely by MMA, except I love watching Am Football whereas I really don't like watching MMA cause it's very filtered down. I love fights, actual professional fights, UFC and mainstream fighting is very watered down, otherwise MMA and other forms of martial arts/fighting would be my favorite sport to watch.
