| As the show comes back from commercial, there is a panning crowd shot of the packed arena in Kansas City. Suddenly music hits the sound system and fans start going crazy, The camera pans up a flight of steps tp reveal the Xtreme Icon walking out into the arena. A mic in his hand, wearing a leather jacket, blue jeans, black tank top, and a bandage on his head from the brutal affair a few weeks ago.
As the music fades, Icon raises the mic to his lips. He looks around for a few seconds, soaking it all in before he speaks.
Icon: Two weeks ago, I went to war for a belt that I haven’t held for 5 years. In a match I won the King of Xtreme Tournament back in 2011. By the look of my right shoulder, I did not walk out with the belt. Here’s the thing to win an I quit math, your opponent has to say those words. Now it may be the amount of abuse my cranium took that night, but I never said them. Not once did that 5 letter phrase exit my mouth.
The fans cheer as Icon finishes speaking.
Icon: I went back and watched the tape of what the hell happened, and I realized something, I was face down on the mat, in a pool of my own blood. Dante shoves a mic to my mouth, which is unseen btw. My voice yells those words, for the life of me I couldn’t pinpoint where that was from? Then I realized, I was doing a tv interview earlier in the day. Were I yelled those words, that’s when it hit me. Dante Cross pulled some shady shit to win that match. He will not get away with it again, I want one more match, for that belt, TONIGHT!
The crowd cheers louder.
Icon: You see I was just in the back, and our beloved COO has granted that request, So here’s whats going to happen, I’m going to walk to that ring, drop this mic, take my jacket off and proceed to whip another mans ass!

| Very short promo, nothing wrong with that! Some of the grammar of the promo made it a touch awkward for me to read, but it may have just been me being a little stupid. Otherwise, solid promo! |
