As the show comes back from commercial, Laura Watts stands in the ring with a mic to her lips. The camera pans around the ring until right before she speaks. When it cuts to a straight shot of her standing in the center of the ring.


Watts:  The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is a Quarter Final Match in the King of Xtreme Tournament to be contested under hardcore rules. No count outs or disqualifications, and falls count anywhere in the building.

The lights begin to flicker on an off in the arena as Foxy Shams Welcome to the Church of Rock and Roll hits the sound system.  An image of a slain dragon is shown on the titantron.  Within a second of the image appearing  Genghis Vaughn emerges from the back with a grin on his face and his right arm in the air.

Cedar: King of Xtreme Round one continues with Genghis Vaughn

Miles:  A tournament that makes stars, you win this, you main event Xtrememania.

Vaughn holds his fingers in the shape of a gun as he walks to the center of the stage. Right where the ramp starts to slope down towards the ring, he makes the shooting motion before he starts to make his way to the ring, marching with purpose. His black dress shirt with a skull on the breast pocket moves with every step.  As he walks down to the ring, a stop sign is seen leaning against the guard rail. Along with a trash can with several objects sticking out of it.  He stops at the ring and rolls under the bottom rope.  He stands up as his theme fades out, he takes off his shirt and throws it into the crowd, several fans in the front row leap to grab it. After a few seconds of silence, fans start chanting “Icon! Icon!” Over and over

Watts:  Hailing from Detriot, Michigan, Standing at 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing in at 223 pounds, he is the Maestro of Mischief Genghis Vaughn!

Cedar:  We went from 8 to 7 a few moments ago, we go down to 6 when this is all said and done.

Miles: This is single elimination, you win, you move on, you lose, you are out.

Just then several bright spotlights scan the arena  as the lights dim down to near darkness.

Yeah And I set up and tore down this stage with my own two hands

The camera shows the lights scanning the crowd, fans holding up lighters and cell phones the fans anticipation growing with every passing second, the fans are ready to blow the roof off the arena when Icon appears.

And all this for the fans, girls, money, and fame
I played their game
And as they scream my name
I will show no shame
I live and die for this
And if I come off soft
Then chew on this

Then one of the lights stops up in the corner of the arena and the others converge on that spot.

Are you scared?


Then A figure can be seen in the light, holding a barbed wire wrapped singapore cane in his right hand. He turns around as the words "Devil Without A Cause" are heard. The lights come back on in the arena and Icon turns around. Then he pulls a beer from his pocket, opens and chugs it before bashing the can into his head and tossing it to the side. Then he holds his cane in the air. Then he begins to walk down the steps toward the guard rail, but not till after grabbing the trash can full of weapons  he normally brings to the ring in these types of matches. It's a rock concert atmosphere as fans pat Icon on the back as he heads to the ring. Wearing Blue Jeans, Blue and white Nike Sneakers and a black tank top. He has short brown hair, and a slight beard growing on his face, his fists are taped, and grips his cane in his right hand. With two barbed wire tattoos that stretch from each shoulder and coils around his arm to his wrists, the tips of the tattoos are covered by his wrist tape.

Watts: Hailing from Great Falls, Montana, Standing at 5 feet 9 inchest tall, and weighing in at 240 pounds, he is a former King of Xtreme Tournament Winner the Toughest Hall of Famer in XWA History, The Xtreme Icon!

Cedar: Here comes the Hall of Famer,  The longest reigning Tag Team Champion in XWA History, ready for a fight.

Miles: That was then and this is now,  Icon may have gotten a win last week, but that was a normal match.  But then again he loves these types of matches.

Icon walks down the steps, fans patting him on the back, taking pictures, some with cameras, some using cell phones. With a serious look on his face as he works his way down the long staircase that eventually leads to the concrete floor. He still has to walk through about 15 rows of fans before he reaches the guard rail.
Icon finally makes it to the bottom of the steps and heads through and open isle between the sea of fans that are in the first 15 rows on the floor. Then he makes it to the guard rail and a fan hands him a chair, Icon unfolds the chair and uses it as a step ladder of sorts to hop up to the guard rail, which he does after setting the can of weapons in the ringside area. Then he holds his cane over his head for several seconds. Before he steps down and into the ringside area then he starts to walk around the ring by the announce tables. He leaves the can of weapons next to the guard rail, he stops in front of where Ted and Joey are sitting. Then he slams his cane on the table hopping up onto it and facing the fans he opens another beer from his pocket and chugging it before tossing the can to the side and holding both his cane in the air. Then steps down and turns around and setting his cane and in the ring, and hopping up to the apron then over the top rope into the ring. He grabs it and walks over to the center of the ring and holds it in the air once again and pyro shoots out of the ring posts. The first blue in color, and shoots straight up, the second, white in color shoots at an angle towards the center of the ring as if to shoot at some object hanging above the ring. Icon then heads to the nearest corner and climbs up to the middle one and holds his cane over his head one last time, looking around at the cheering crowd and pulls a beer from his pocket, opens and chugs it as his theme fades out. He then bashes the can into his head several times and tosses the can to the side he sets his cane down in the corner and his theme fades out.

Both men stare at each other in the ring. As the bell sounds, signifying the start of the match.

DING DING DING

Miles:  This is a hell of a way to start the King of Xtreme Tournament, Icon isn’t going to make this easy.

Cedar: He’s a Hall of Famer for a reason, plus give him these rules, or lack thereof, he’s in his element.

Icon and Vaughn tie up, collar and elbow style. There is a brief standoff before Vaughn hits an arm drag takeover, throwing Icon onto his back, Icon pops up immediately and goes for a double leg takedown,. Vaughn  jumps over him and has his back to Icon, Icon stands up and wraps his arms around Vaughns midsection and he picks him up and drops him to the mat, face first. He transitions into a front face lock, then stands up and hits a snap suplex.

Cedar: We have wrestling to start this off.  I doubt that will last long.

Miles: It won’t , Icon want to turn this into a street fight quickly. Honestly I’m amazed he didn’t come out swinging that Barbed Wire Wrapped Singapore Cane of his.


Icon sits up,  and stands up as Vaughn gets up to one knee. Icon walks over and takes a right hand to the gut. Vaughn stands up He then irish whips Icon into the ropes, Icon rebounds off and back towards Vaughn, who attempts a clothesline. Icon ducks and continues running to the ropes on the other side of the ring. Icon then hops up tp the middle rope and attempts a springboard moonsault. Vaughn ducks under that but Icon lands on his feet. He stumbles back a step as Vaughn turns around then hits a spinning back kick into Icons gut, he doubles over and Vaughn quickly locks in a front face lock. Icon picks him up and walks to the ropes an drops him to the apron. Vaughn goes for an elbow strike but Icon ducks and hits a right hand of his own, right to the jaw. Vaughn drops to floor and stumbles backwards towards the ramp. Icon then jogs to the corner on the opposite side of the ring then runs around the ring, back towards  his original position, as Vaughn steps back towards he ring. Then Icon leaps over the top rope, backlipping over and crashes down on his foe. The crowd starts cheering as Icon rolls off Vaughn.

Miles: What the hell was that?!

Cedar:  Fosbury Flop! Icon busting out a new move here tonight, he wants this win!

Icon gets up to his knees, then to his feet, he steps over to the apron and pulls it up. He scans under the ring and pulls put a cookie sheet.  He holds it over his head with a smile on his face, as Vaughn stands up Icon swings the sheet and bends the hell out of it over his opponents skull. It sounded like a gunshot went off in the arena. Icon then pulls a black sharpie out of his pocket as Vaughn stumbles towards the guards rail. Icon pulls off the cap with his teeth then scribbles something on it and hands it to a young fan in the first row in the crowd, he tosses the marker behind him. Then walks over to his foe  who is still trying to regain his senses after Icon cracked him with the metal cookie sheet.  As Icon nears him. Vaughn hit a stiff elbow to Icons nose.  Icon stumbles back and takes a left hook to the jaw before. Vaughn Irish whips him into the guard rail. Vaughn back up a few steps then charges forward, but Icon launches him into the air. Vaughn flips forward and lands hard onto his back, onto the concrete floor.

Cedar: It’s spilling into the crowd, camera are ready to follow this action wherever it may go.

Miles: Vaughn got back body dropped onto the floor, there are no mats out there.  It’s solid concrete.

Icon steps over the rail and into the crowd.  He looks around  and  grabs a drink from a near by fan.  He takes a drink as Vaughn stands up. Icon takes the drink then slams the drink into his adversaries head, beer flies everywhere and Icon drops the cup.  Vaughn stumbles away deeper into the rabid XWA fans Icon catches up to him and grabs him by the head then rams it into a wall, where more fans are watching from above.  Icon then grabs Vaughn by the head and hooks in a front face lock. Then he picks him up in the air and holds him, but Vaughn drops to the floor then waistlocks Icon who throws a hard elbow to the side of Vaughns head. He throws several more elbows getting Vaughn to release the hold.  He turns around and starts walking away as Icon follows him.


Miles: Where the hell are they going?

Cedar: I don’t know but we have cameras back there ready to catch all the action.

A spotlight shines down on the action,  and  as the camera zooms in, Icon turns Vaughn around an nails him with an uppercut forearm, making him stumble backwards closer to the curtain. Icon then charges forward with his head down, as Vaughn regains his senses, he brings his right foot up an kicks Icon in the face who stands upright, steps back a few steps. An audible smack is heard when foot met face. Vaughn steps back a few steps before charging in and leaps into the air, but gets caught by the throat. Icon then picks him up over his head in a military press and runs forward an throws him through the curtain, the camera cuts to the other side of the curtain as Vaughn comes flying through, hitting the concrete and rolling away.

Cedar:  This thing might wind up in the Streets of LA at this rate.

Miles:  Get the LAPD on the line, you might need them soon.

Icon emerges from the curtain as the Maestro of Mischief crawls away.  Icon makes his way up to his foe.  He grabs him by the head and pulls him up to his feet, then irish whips Genghis into a nearby metal storage crate. His back collides into the heavy metal crate.  Icon steps over to Vaughn and takes  a kick to the gut. As he doubles over he gets picked up and dropped face first into the crate.  Icon drops down into a seated position, against the black crate.  Vaughn backs up and tries to hit a running knee to Icons face.  Icon ducks just in time and Vaughn crashes into the crate. HE falls to the ground asnd clutches at his knee.

Cedar:  Vaughn missed the knee, Icon moved just in time.

Miles:  That’s a good way to tear an ACL or anything in your knee, those crates are heavy, made of metal and not intended for human beings to run into them like that.

Icon  checks his head to make sure he  is not bleeding.  He isn’t but he is still groggy from getting his bell rung on that crate. Icon stands up shakes his head and looks around. He sees a metal trash can, grabs it and dumps the trash out of it before he walks back over to his fallen foe. Who has started to get to his feet as he swings the can up. Vaughn stands up and grabs it, keeping from getting nailed with it himself. Vaughn kicks Icon in the gut and takes the can from his grasp.  Then he hits Icon  over the head with it, Icon stumbles back and takes another shot, Icon turns around  on one foot and stumbles forward towards a nearby truck, a black Chevy Silverado. Icon stops close to the vehicle and turns around  he has to side step an incoming trash can throw from Genghis, the can hits the truck and drops to the ground. Vaughn charges forward but Icon ducks and runs away, as his foe stops himself from running into the truck.  As he turns around, Icon is alreadyt leaping into the air and cocking is fist back, for his Superman Punch. Vaughn side steps it as Icon thrusts his fist forward. He misses his intended target and slams it through the passengers side window.  A loud “OOHHHHH!” is heard from the fans as glass shattering can be seen and heard.  As Icon pulls his fist out of the wreckage. He starst shaking it yelling “Son of a Bitch!” as he walks away.

Miles: Wow, that really backfired on Icon

Cedar: Good Lord, he slammed his fist through glass, if he hasn’t cut his hand, I’ll eat my own hat!

Icon stumbles away, but glimpses of his white taped fist with visible red spots forming are a telling sign of the cut, or cuts on his right hand.

Vaughn quickly takes advantage and grabs Icon by the head and pulls him back towards the truck. Slamming his head into the truck bed.  Before taking his right hand and holding it over the side of the bed.  With his clinched left fist , as he is using his right to hold Icons wrist. He drives it into Icons hand, further damaging it. He then punches Icon in the nose with his left hand. Icon stumbles back a few steps before running forward, and gets lifted over Vaughns head , back body dropped into the truck bed.  A camera shot is shown from the tailgate as Icon rolls towards the cab, showing nothing in the bed.  Icon starts to pull himself to his feet he then crawls over the roof of the vehicle towards the hood, as blood drips onto the truck. Vaughn then climbs into the bed and follows Icon, as the bending of the metal is heard with every step.  Vaughn steps onto the hood of the vehicle and grabs Icon by the head and puts it between his own legs.

Cedar:  What the hell is he going to do?

Miles: I’d  piledrive him on that truck, or better yet off of it to the floor, end this match and advance to the next round.

Cedar: That is saistic!

Miles: Whatever you have to do to win Ted.

Suddenly Icon hooks both of his adversaries legs picks him up with Vaughns body hanging over his shoulders. Icon whips him back first into the windshield. The glass cracking, but not breaking due to how they are designed.

Cedar: That isn’t your truck is it Joey?

Miles: Hell no, I took a limo to the arena tonight. But if anything Icon has a lawsuit coming his way for what he just did to that truck.

Icon pulls him off the windshield and drops own across the midsection of his foe. He reaches for the leg as referee Jack Hammer starts making the count.  Jack having to slap the hood to signal each count.  Getting almost a two count before Vaughn rolls his shoulder up. Icon decides to drop off the truck and walk away, wrapping his hand in his tanktop. A visible look of pain on his face, as the Maestro of Mischief falls off the truck and onto the concrete.

Miles:  How bad do you think Icon cut up his hand?

Cedar: I don’t know and I don’t think Icon cares quite frankly, remember this is a Hardcore match, in the 2014 King of Xtreme Tournament. Icon wants this win, he wants a World Title Shot in the Main Event of Xtrememania.

Vaughn starts to stand up, holding is lower back as he follows Icon.  Icon steps to a table where he sees a roll of tape, almost used up. He starts wrapping it around his hand, the roll of tape is completely used up after a few wraps. He turns around, and has to duck a clothesline attempt and he hits a roundhouse kick to back of his foes head. He locks in a headlock and starts dragging him around a corner.

Cedar: I think they are in the gorilla position.

Miles: So Icons dragging him back here? I guess he wanted to avoid another fist through glass.

As they reach the stairs. Vaughn tries to suplex Icon onto his back, but he lands on his feet, Vaughn grabs the nearest thing  he could, someones laptop and breaks it over Icons skull. He falls to the ground and Vaughn steps over him and then drops to the ground for a cover, getting a two count before Vaughn kicks out.

Cedar:  Well, someone is going to need to buy a new computer now.

Miles:  Icon got his skull caved in by a computer.  He’s still going.

Vaughn grabs Icon by the head and pulls him up to his feet and starts dragging him up the stairs.  Then through the curtain, the camera cuts to the ramp and sees the Maestro of Mischief locking in a double underhook and suplexing Icon on the ramp.  It can be seen that Icon is cut open, possible from a piece of hard plastic that broke on the laptop and went into his flesh. Icon rolls down the ramp a few yards as Vaughn stands up and stalks his prey, he soccer kicks Icon in the ribs  and he rolls farther down the ramp.  Icon gets up to his hands and knees and starts crawling down the ramp.   "The Grim Reaper of Mind Games"  Watches as Icon gets back to the ringside area, back to the padding around the ring.  Vaughn walks over to the trash cans around the ring and starts throwing them in, he tosses the stop sign in, then he walks over to the can Icon brought himself an tosses that into the ring.

Cedar: Genghis tossing everything he can into the ring.  

Miles:  We’ve seen a damn truck used as a weapon, now the various toys scattered about the ringside area are about to see some use.

Vaughn reaches into the ring and grabs a chair wrapped in barbed wire  then walks back around to Icon who is pulling himself up to his feet. He steps over to him and swings the chair with great force, into Icons back.  Icon yells in pain as he drops to his knees as  Vaughn slides the chair into the ring.  He then rolls Icon into the ring under the bottom rope. Icon rolls away holing his back, in obvious pain.  Vaughn steps into the ring, between the Middle and Top Ropes. He grabs Icon by the head and then puts it between his legs, he then hoists Icon up onto his shoulders, then steps over to the chair.

Miles:  What the hell? Is he going to Powerbomb Icon onto that chair wrapped in barbed wire?

Cedar:  Oh God, that just might end it. Unless Icon can slip out of this precarious predicament.

Icon starts throwing right hands, trying to save his own hide, he manages to get off the near 6 foot shoulders of the Maestro of Mischief , and counters into a swift DDT right onto the chair!

Miles: That was sick! Icons trying to maim his opponent!

Cedar: DDT onto the chair! That just might end it!

Icon rolls Vaughn onto his back and the ref is right there for the cover. But somehow, only gets a 2, maybe 2 and a half before Vaughn gets his shoulder up. Icon is shocked, he looks at the bloody face of his opponent. Blood dripping from cuts on his head, he checks his own head, sees blood, not sure if it was from his head or his hand. He looks around the ring and sees a gold colored object, he grabs it and puts it in his pocket.  HE then grabs his foe by the head and locks in a double underhook.

Cedar: Icons going for the H-Factor! He can end it here!

Miles: That’s one of Icons signature maneuvers, It won his the Intercontinental title a few years back I believe.

Cedar:  Yep, he beat Ash Wheeler for that belt back in 2010, H-Factor through a table.

Icon goes for the move, Vaughn slips out and tries turning that into a inverted face lock, going for his Genghis Driver, Icon jumps in the air and throws knee shots to the head, after multiple shots, he gets Vaughn to release him. Vaughn turns around and stumbles towards the corner. Icon reaches into his pocket and places something onto his fist.  

Cedar: Icons got Brass Knuckles! I think we might see a right hand coming straight out of the 406!

Miles: He knocked out his opponent last week on Vendetta with a regular Superman Punch! HE’s trying to kill this man!

Icon waits for his opponent to turn around and goes for the move,  again he ducks and he runs to the ropes on the other side of the ring. Icon turns around and get blasted with the Running Bicycle kick Genghis calls the Zombie Kick. But Icon stumbles back into the ropes half falls through them , grabs the top and middle ropes and kicks his feet in the air before rebounding back into the ring and leaps into the air and WHAM! Hits the Loaded Superman Punch!

Cedar: Icon hit it! How in Gods name did he have enough sense to pull that off after the Zombie Kick?!

Icon falls across the chest of his foe and Jack Hammer is there for the cover. The crowd counts along with the ref and when he hits 3 they explode. American Badass hits the sound system and Icon rolls onto his back

Watts: Here is your winner, and advancing to the next round of the 2014 King of Xtreme Tournament, the Xtreme Icon!

Cedar: He did it! Icon pulled it off!

Miles: How?! Look at him he’s in lala  land!

Cedar: Doesn’t matter, he advances in the tournament. We have to go to commercial, we will be right back with more XWA Action

The show fades to commercial with the site of Icon holing his fist in the air as he looks at the lights.
