According to Dave the gist of the meeting was to tell the talent that if they had a problem (as in the problems that were had with Bill Demott) to come to management and let them know first. Bryan Alvarez remarked sarcastically that in the past "it did wonders for a lot of people." Dave also talks about how even though Demott is gone, racism and prejudice will still be part of the business because that's the mentality of those in charge. Thoughts?

Just look at what WWE does with The New Day
But yeah Bill Demott just did what WWE wanted. The problem is deeper than just one guy.
