According to WWE’s Polish live events Facebook page, NXT star Finn Balor is being advertised to appear at the April 15th live event in Warsaw, Poland. Roman Reigns vs Big Show is being advertised to headline the event.

Could just be that's he expected to draw viewers overseas. WWE did the same thing with Sami without calling him up.
