WWE Getting Behind NXT as a Pure Wrestling TV Product, More
Prior to last week's WWE NXT Arrival special, WWE officials told NXT talent that the company is getting behind NXT as a self-sustaining, pure wrestling product, which will give all the NXT talents a lot of exposure.

This is something congruent with what Triple H touched on during his NXT Arrival conference call, and the idea was firmly conveyed that NXT will be its own entity, and somewhat of a "throw back" to earlier pro wrestling days.

Talents were told that even if they don't get called up to the main roster, as was the case with Emma, that this is going to be a slow process, and all talents are getting great exposure by being on the WWE Network.

I like that idea. NXT is better than any indy IMO. Make NXT WWE's version of indies, while still keeping it a WWE product.

^^ So? Talent doesn't make the product. Writing, matches, ALONG with talent make the product.
Even if EVERY SINGLE PERSON came from an indy, it would fall on how they were booked to make the product right.

I think actually think it's been successful because they got a booker like Dusty Rhodes. I don't know if they have to deal with Hollywood writes like Kevin Dunn but I would think if they do they got a lot less influence.

It sounds like we'll likely be getting a Triple Threat for a mid-card title. Either Big E/Cesaro/Swagger for the IC title, or all three members of the Shield for the US title. Doubt we'll get both, though.

^ I forgot about the idea to have The Shield in a triple threat for the US title.

Nah, that should just be a feud for bragging rights. the IC title one makes more sense cause there's actually a story behind it. If it happens though, make sure Cesaro wins.

I'd much rather Cesaro go for a better title than the IC title.

the IC title is pretty much the #2 belt in the company right now, and there's no use in pushing him towards a WWE title feud if he's not going to win yet.

I can agree with that, but if he has the IC title, he isn't going to legit be any sort of a contender for the world title till he loses it.
