Robert Hope vs EG Deal vs Rufus Qabazard
Triple Threat Match

DING DING!

Suddenly, without warning, Hope launches himself at Rufus Qabazard, unleashing a flurry of stiff, clubbing blows to the back and head. Qabazard covers the back of his head and tucks himself in a little to prevent Hope from doing any real damage. Meanwhile, the gargantuan figure of EG Deal slowly makes his way over to both men, whom he dwarves by a considerable margin. He watches as Rufus starts pushing Hope away from him, attempting to stop the assault from the self-proclaimed Prophet. He manages to get some distance, but can only manage a few seconds before Hope is back on him like a rabid dog. Another push sees Hope stagger back again, but this time his advances are met with a forearm to the face, staggering him like he was a drunkard being accosted by a bouncer. Robert Hope holds his jaw from the stiff contact from the 6 foot 4 Qabazard. Then, just as Hope turns around, still holding his jaw, he is flattened by a massive lariat from Rufus, damn  near turning Hope inside out and upside down, then turning him inside out again. In short, Hope almost becomes headless.

EG Deal winces a little bit from the impact, then lets out a low chuckle, which Qabazard notices. He turns towards Deal for a moment, then looks back at Hope, who is rolling around clutching at his neck. EG Deal then walks towards Hope, then picks him up by palming his head and pulling him to his feet. Hope lets out a pained groan, as Deal effortlessly throws him in to the corner of the ring. Deal tells The Jaded Vigilante to back off while he demonstrates his power on The Prophet. With one fell swoop, Deal brings his hand down on to the bare chest of Robert Hope, sending a gunshot echo throughout the arena, prompting a round of “OOOH!” from the crowd. The ill-fated Hope can only cry out in pain after having a hand that feels to be about the size of a baby elephant clapped against him, leaving behind a hot, stinging, red glow. After letting out a pained yelp, Robert Hope looks down to check that he still has skin on his chest, only to look up a few seconds later to see The Jaded Vigilante charging towards him and crushing him against the corner with a flying elbow strike. Hope's chest almost collapses from the impact, and he can only stagger out of the corner, wheezing hard from the impact. Unfortunately for him, he is met by EG Deal, who effortlessly tosses him up and over his head in a back body drop.

Though EG Deal is usually met with a hostile reaction from the crowd, they seem to be quite pleased that he is throwing the pious Robert Hope around the ring like a little rag doll. Hope arches his back and clenches his teeth, before shuffling his way in to the corner of the ring, holding his lower back. While kneeling in the corner of the ring, The Prophet curses through his teeth and glares back at both EG Deal and Rufus Qabazard, sneering at them with great contempt, but then suddenly cracks a sick smile. The Jaded Vigilante and The Golden Eagle cock their heads a little bit, as Hope begins to softly chuckle to himself like a madman. The Prohpet looks down at the mat, his shoulders still bobbing up and down as he laughs, then he suddenly looks up and screams “Hit me harder! Hit. Me. Harder!”

Hope stands up to his feet and charges at EG Deal, only to be dropped with a hard back elbow, which knocks him on the floor, but not for long. Robert Hope gets back to his feet, but gets dropped again with a dropkick from Qabazard, which knocks him down again, but not for long. Hope gets back to his feet, a little bit slower than before, but finds himself getting hoisted up off the floor by Deal, as if he was a bag of sugar. He kicks his legs wildly, trying to get down from his precarious position above the mat, but only manages to come down when EG Deal slams him with a military press slam, dropping The Prophet on his back yet again. Deal's adversary hits the mat with a dull thud, followed by a groan from the winded lungs of The Prophet, and is punished further by a  standing moonsault by Qabazard! The fans cheer loudly from the reluctant teamwork from EG Deal and Qabazard on the scummy Hope, who is now in a lot of pain on the floor, and is gasping for breath as if the last oxygen in the world was in the ring with the three men. Deal looks to be unappreciative of his new found support from the fans that he has so much distain for, and takes a moment to tell them to shut their mouthes while he is trying to destroy people. Just as he turns around, however, he is met with a double footed front dropkick to the chest from the 6 foot 4 Qabazard, knocking him in to the ropes, and allowing the talented Jaded Vigilante to begin kicking away at the legs of the monstrous EG Deal, who is struggling to stay on his feet.

Qabazard unleashes some hard European uppercuts to the head of Deal as he is leaning on the ropes, showing that he is not about to let his larger opponent get back to his feet and unleash havoc on him for his attacks. The Golden Eagle rocks on his feet, still using the ropes to keep himself up on his feet somewhat, which allows Rufus to launch himself across the ring like a bullet, rebounding off the ropes and charging back at Deal, dropkicking him out of the ring, much to the delight of the fans in attendance. The behemoth tumbles over the ropes, only just staying on his feet by staggering to the barricade and using it to keep his balance. He pushes off the barricade, frustrated that Qabazard got the best of him, and turns around to see The Jaded Vigilante take to the air and launch himself at his larger opponent in a vaulting body press attempt. Unfortunately for Qabazard, however, EG Deal reacts with just enough time to catch his opponent in mid air and hoist him over his head, just as Hope is getting to his feet. The Prophet turns around, and when he is close enough to the ropes, EG Deal launches Rufus Qabazard at him, knocking him down with The Jaded Vigilante's body, hurting both of his opponents. Qabazard rolls off of Hope, holding his ribs from the impact that he was not expecting, as The Prophet rolls away from his aggressor, holding his chest.

The Golden Eagle pulls himself up on to the apron, looking pissed as all hell, his eyes fixed on Rufus, who senses his frustration. In one swift motion, Qabazard lunges feet first at one of Deal's legs, knocking it off the apron and sending him to one knee on the apron. Rufus seizes the opportunity to grab EG Deal's head and hits him with another uppercut, before running towards the ropes again. Just as Rufus leaps at him in a body press attempt, Deal wraps his hand around his throat and stops him in his tracks. His giant hand squeezes Qabazard's throat firmly, as Rufus can only paw at his grip in an attempt to release the hold around his throat. Deal then steps through the ropes with his opponent in hand. Just as he tries to lift him up, though, he is blind sided by Robert Hope, who dropkicks his knee causing it to buckle under his weight. The wily Hope begins to hammer at the head of EG Deal, then quickly turns to The Jaded Vigilante and elbows him right across the face, the top of the nose to be more specific, blurring his vision and causing him a great deal of pain. The strike causes Rufus to double over and hold his face, which allows Hope to follow up on the attack, grab Qabazard by the hair, and slam him backwards by the hair. The referee cautions Hope for using the hair in an offensive move, but Hope just pushes him aside and turns back to EG Deal, who is now getting back to his feet. Deal swings a massive fist at The Prophet, but only finds air as Hope ducks it and follows up with another low dropkick to the knee. The Golden Eagle manages to stay on his feet this time though, only just, and takes a moment to stumble to the corner where he holds his knee. Like a shark smelling blood, Hope closes in on the giant and starts to stomp away at the knee, trying to cut him down again. With every kick, EG Deal palms Hope's face and pushes him away, only to have Hope come back with yet another kick. Soon enough, though, EG Deal had enough. Instead of palming him away, Deal decides to hook his hands under Hope's armpits and hoists him out of the ring! The smaller frame of Hope sails over the top rope and crashes to the floor, where he lets out a loud cry of pain.

Deal gives a satisfied grin, but that grin is short lived, as he finds himself struck by a Buzaiku Knee Kick from Rufus Qabazard! The strike staggers the monster, but he surprisingly stays on his feet. He staggers out in to the centre of the ring , where he is met by his revitalised and adrenaline-fuelled opponent. Qabazard hops up and down a couple of times, hyping himself up, before throwing himself towards the ropes again and leaping on to Deal and dropping him with an impressive running tornado DDT, dropping The Golden Eagle on his head! The crowd cheer for the impressive showing of technique against the larger opponent. Not content with this, Rufus quickly darts to one of the corners of the ring and hops to the top rope. Deal is slowly getting to his feet, the tornado DDT not being quite powerful to keep him down for very long, but obviously having an effect on a slightly disorientated Deal. Qabazard waits for his opponent to stand, and as soon as Deal turned to face him, he takes to the air with a shooting star press on his upright opponent! Just as he gets within striking distance, he is suddenly stopped by a devastating Red, White and Black spear from the monster! Qabazard crumples from the devastating attack, and Deal gets back to his feet and roars a mighty, ground shaking roar. He doesn't attempt a pin fall, however.

Instead, Deal looks out of the ring to Hope, who is just now getting to his feet, holding his back with both hands, a grimace of pain on his face. The Golden Eagle makes his way out of the ring, and scoops Hope up in a scoop slam, then effortlessly drops him to the ground with a sick thud, and a pained squeal from The Prophet as his spine hits the thin mat. The monstrous EG Deal does not let him wallow in his pain for long, as he grabs him again and picks him up, then throws him in to the ring, where Hope flops like a fish out of water. Quickly, he gets to his knees, putting his hands out as if to repel the giant man with them. He begins to plead with EG Deal, rambling on and on incoherently, forcing out frenzied words of fear and panic. The look on Deal's face suggests that he will hear none of it.At that moment, however, Hope lunges for the referee, who has ventured just in to grabbing distance of the disheveled Prophet, and is now struggling to escape his grasp. Hope jostles with the referee, while Deal steps over the ropes and in to the ring. Hope becomes more and more desperate, eventually throwing the referee in to the massive chest of The Golden Eagle, and sending him crashing in to a heap on the mat! Deal briefly looks to the referee, but it isn't long until his steely eyes are back on his prey, who is now kneeling in the middle of the ring. Just as Hope looks like he is about to be destroyed, he lowers his arms and closes his eyes. Deal looks at him, cocking his head to the side. It doesn't look like he is bracing for a strike...it looks like...

"Welcome to the end of the world, EG Deal! The apocalypse now walks amongst you!"

With those words, the lights die in the arena. The whole place is suddenly plunged in to suffocating darkness, stifling any cheers or boos or anything. Hope can be heard repeating that last sentence over and over again.

"The apocalypse now walks amongst you! The apocalypse now walks amongst you!"

Eventually, Hope falls silent. Just as abruptly as when the lights died out. For a few seconds, there is just darkness and confusion. The fans let out a wave of boos, as they begin to become impatient. The wait has become too much to stomach, and the fans are beginning to turn on the match itself. But their boos are suddenly drowned out by explosions. 4 explosions on the corners of the ring, revealing the form of a monster. Another monster. A demon in a red and black mask, and red and black clothing. Standing at least the size of Deal, if not a little taller. An imposing, wicked looking beast of a man, who now stands in front of Hope, protecting him from harm. The Golden Eagle looks in to the black eyes of the demon, confused and startled. He measures up the creature that has appeared in front of him, but is not given the luxury of time, as the man connects with a large boot to his face, knocking him back. Suddenly, from the right, Qabazard rushes the figure, hitting him with a hard spinning back kick, which rocks the monster and catches him off guard. The resilient Rufus Qabazard begins to assault the stranger, sensing that no good can come from his arrival. Just as the Jaded Vigilante starts to get the upper hand, he too is suddenly dropped to the mat with a big boot. Hope knees on the mat, grinning as the boot connects, almost in a trance. The monstrous man turns his attention back to EG Deal, who connects with a big right hand to the face of the man in the mask. Deal dishes out more and more strikes, as his attacker replies with strikes of his own.

Rufus then rejoins the fray, attacking the monster with a beautiful enzuigiri from behind, which rocks him again, but does not send him to the mat. Hope begins to glare at the fracas, looking more and more anxious as his two opponents get the best of the intruder. Suddenly, though, his grin returns as the man levels Qabazard with a lariat, then blocks a right hand from Deal, and counters it in to a throat thrust, followed by a back elbow, knocking him in to the corner. The man turns back to the resilient Qabazard, who is back to his feet, albeit a little fuzzy from the lariat. Rufus charges at the huge man, but is suddenly stopped by a gloved hand around his throat. He is then hoisted up and slammed down with a huge chokeslam, the impact sounding like a gunshot. Rufus rolls out of the ring and crumples to the floor outside. The man turns back to Deal, who is back out of the corner, looking to lay in another strong strike. As he swings, the monster ducks and scoops him up over his shoulder in a show of otherworldly strength! The Prophet then gets to his feet and beckons his minion to the centre of the ring, an order that is complied with. Deal is carried to the middle of the ring, still struggling to escape, but before he knows it, he is dropped with a tombstone piledriver, enough to crack the skull of any ordinary man. Deal immediately goes limp from the impact, and Hope drops to his knees yet again. The masked monster looks down at his fallen prey, until Hope places a hand on his shoulder.

"Cerberus, get me the referee..."

This monster, now named Cerberus, obliges and drags the referee to consciousness again. Hope lies on top of Deal as Cerberus shakes the referee until he counts.

DING DING DING!

Robert Hope steals the win in this Triple Threat match, and the referee doesn't even know it! Hope laughs maniacally as he stares out in to the sea of boos from the crowd. The monstrous Cerberus ascends to his feet, and as the referee stands as well, he throws him to the floor with great aggression, causing him to tumble from the ring. The Prophet stands with Cerberus, looking up at the monster's masked face and nodding slowly. Hope then looks down at EG Deal, content with the destruction that his monster has dealt.

Not the best, but I'm still getting back in to this whole match writing thing.

The following match in the CyberSlam PPV is between E.G. Deal, Rufus Qabazard and Robert Hope. Deal tries to prove himself as a rising start but he faces a hard task in front of strongmen Robert Hope and Rufus Qabazard, who recently returned to the XWA. Rufus is only slightly close to Deal's size, while Robert is much shorter and lighter than both, but will that prove to be an advantage?

Ding, ding, ding
Immediately after the sounding off of the bell, the three superstars are set into motion, as both Rufus and Robert smartly approach Deal to attempt and take him out early. Deal is alerted to this and tries to fight them off, balling up his fist and swinging a big punch square to Rufus' jaw. "The Jaded Vigilante" staggers backwards, covering his jaw as E.G. tries to jab Hope, only for "The Hopeful One" to duck under it. Robert quickly shapes his hand into a fist and delivers a sickening punch right into E.G.'s eye! The Egyptian is blinded for several moments as he absentmindedly backpedals, trying to recover from his eye pain. Robert smartly and aggressively takes advantage, as Rufus watches from behind. Hope boots Deal in the stomach, predictably bending him down. Robert quickly pulls Deal's head under his arm and drives Deal down face-first, initiating a straight-up brutal DDT! Deal holds his face and twists to his back, leaving a great opening for Rufus in which he smartly uses. The American native steps towards the ropes and climbs up. He promptly dives and hits a great Diving Elbow!

Deal smartly rolls out, recuperating outside of the ring so that the outnumbering damage isn't affecting him anymore. Rufus immediately stands up, with his back facing Hope, but he doesn't get to turn around as "The Prophet" charges in his direction. Robert holds Rufus' throat, sneakily chocking him away from the referee's vision as he drives him down and leads his knee up his back with a vicious Backbreaker! Rufus drops like deadweight as he massages his cracked back, absorbing the agony up his body. The aggressive Robert doesn't stop there, as he jumps up and collides with Rufus' back with a painful Knee Drop, as he seems to target his opponent's spine! The Californian quickly twists Rufus to his back and hooks his leg, looking to end this sooner than later. His pinfall attempt is spoiled at one-and-a-half, however, as Qabazard quickly raises his shoulder. Robert walks towards his foe's head, with a plan in his mind as he grabs it and pulls him up. Robert then drops down slightly and faces Rufus with his back, grabbing his neck and flipping him over with a Snapmare. This leaves "The Jaded Vigilante" seated, and Hope takes the opportunity, running to the ropes and rebounding with his foot raised as he attempts to execute a low Big Boot! He kicks the air, though, as Rufus craftily rolls out of the way. Rufus gets to a footed base at once, as Hope only starts to rotate around. Rufus then spins around, swinging his arm and smacking his foe across the face with a Spinning Back Fist!

Robert doesn't fall, but he stumbles backwards like an alcoholic, leaving an opening for Rufus which he smartly takes. The former World TV Champ grabs Hope's wrist, flinging him to the opposite side of the ropes. Hope absentmindedly retaliates off of the ropes, allowing Qabazard to lift him over and drop him brutally on his spine, performing a quick Scoop Slam! Rufus follows up and hooks Hope's leg, but he only gets a two count as E.G. hastily returns to the ring and breaks up the pin! Rufus writhes away from Robert, getting to a vertical base rapidly, as Deal elevates Rufus very highly up in the air. He then turns his body in a slight angle, catching Qabazard nastily with a huge Very Egyptian Uppercut! The Los Angeles native thumps stomach-first on the mat, turning to his back and holding his chin in immense pain. E.G. then steps towards the corner, taunting Rufus up, before running and hitting his Red, White & Black, the Spear, for the three count!

Really bad effort, I know, but eh.
