(1) The New Age Outlaws def. Cody Rhodes & Goldust in a non-title match to kick off Smackdown. Vickie Guerrero interrupted the match near the end and said that it would be every man for himself in the Royal Rumble match. Brother vs. Brother, and friend vs. friend. So it would appear that, in addition to the tag champions being in the Rumble, the Outlaws will also participate. Billy Gunn rolled up Cody with a handful of tights for the win.

-CM Punk calls out The Shield

-Paul Heyman comes out and cuts a promo about Brock Lesnar beating Big Show at the Rumble PPV. Show cuts him out and chases Heyman out of the ring. Show says he was a Paul Heyman Guy before being a Heyman Guy was "cool", and promises to knock out Lesnar in a few weeks.

(2) Rey Mysterio def. Alberto del Rio to get his win back from Monday Night Raw. Del Rio locks in the Cross Arm Breaker in a post-match attack.

(3) Naomi def. Tamina Snuka

-The Wyatt Family comes out and Bray cuts a promo about growing up, and Sister Abigail. He says he tried to give Daniel Bryan a chance to be reborn, but instead he will burn.

-CM Punk is back for another backstage segment, and calls out The Shield AND the New Age Outlaws. He says it's a chance for The Authority to do whatever they want to do.

(4) Big E Langston def. Fandango

(5) The Usos def. The Real Americans. Zeb Colter is out in a wheel chair to sell getting attacked by the Big Show on Raw.

-CM Punk is out in the ring, and says The Authority is a bunch of cowards. He trashes Triple H for hiding behind his wife, which brings out The Shield. While Shield is coming through the crowd, the Outlaws come down the ramp and surround the ring. Kane comes out and tells everyone to calm down, and informs Punk that he is in the Rumble match because they want him to be in the main event of WrestleMania. He says his new primary directive is to make sure Punk gets all the respect he deserves. Punk trash talks Kane, and they all beat him down. Kane ends Smackdown by hitting the chokeslam on CM Punk.
