Like the title says. Just those moves from a guy's moveset that you think are awesome, but aren't their finisher. Obviously there's some leeway, so if someone said "oh, I like Batista's spear" that'd count, even though other people use it as a finisher.

For me:

Suplex variations. German, Belly to Belly, Northern Lights, Tiger, Dragon, whatever.
Roman Reign's "superman" punch.
Antonio Cesaro's Gutwrench Suplex
Antonio Cesaro's Bridging Fallaway Slam
That point in almost every Japanese match where one guy hits the other guy really hard in the face, then the other guy is all "LOL M8" and hits them back, and the first guy goes "FUK U" and hits him back, and that carries on for a while.
El Generico's diving across the ring through the turnbuckles Tornado DDT
Titus O'Neill's lazy Fallaway Slam

That's all I can think of for now. Loads more, but I'd have to see them to be reminded.

A back body drop. They're always blocked or reversed in WWE.

Mark Briscoe's redneck kung-fu.

Suicide dives.

Whenever someone does something like keep the opponent in the air long enough for the crowd the start counting.

When Elgin dead lifts people.

Plus when Elgin superplexs people from the ring apron.
