James Best stands six feet five inches and weighs two hundred and thirty pounds, yet thanks to religious core muscle training he is stronger than almost any super-heavyweight in XWA history, training purely for strength than he does for cosmetics or ‘glamour muscles’.  The fans will grow to love his practically superhuman strength, his vicious European uppercuts and his acid tongue on the microphone, deceptive, deadly and completely camouflaged as just another tall scrawny guy. As a villain however James plays the cowardly, self-preserving heel to perfection, a blatant cheat who obviously knows the rulebook inside out and bends the rules to his own benefit often.  Deceptively athletic for a man his size, demonstrating by his lightning quick Quebrada which comes out of absolutely nowhere James can turn the match around on a dime if given an opportunity.  His antics are very very low-brow, with constantly rubbing, grinding and even dry-humping and acting perverse to throw off his opponent, man or woman.
