| I started watching during The Attitude Era. But when John Cena came and started rapping WWE was a lot better. |

| There's too much to discuss in the Attitude Era's defense. The biggest thing is WWF had actual creative, outside the box, drama-filled storylines that surpassed *Wrestler A wants to prove he's better than Wrestler B and Wrestler C thinks it's his time to win the World Heavyweight Championship.* It's scripted, people know it's scripted, so embrace that and make an entertaining show out of it where people have more reasoning behind wanting to fight each other aside from just wanting to be the best. I mean those storylines are fine and should make up a decent amount of feuds in the company but they shouldn't ALL be based around that. But that's what WWE has morphed into and what many other wrestling companies have been strictly about. There's not as much fun in wrestling like there was in the Attitude Era. |

That's stupid. Imagine watching any fighting sport and a guy says he's fighting for something than other being the best in The World. |

| This is sports entertainment. The reason it works in fighting sports is because they're actually trying to beat each other and become the best. Wrestlers are trying to be the most entertaining they can be (in promos & in the ring) and a good storyline as to why two superstars don't like each other, to add more fuel to the fire, can add to the entertainment. |

| Haven't really seen anything to refute, "it's overrated" and "killed pro wrestling" aren't arguments worth debating |

| WCW and WWF going global killed the territories. WCW dying and leaving WWE with no competition cause the territories were dead killed wrestling. |

| I don't think those promotions going global killed wrestling. It was more of both promotions making wrestling as phony as they can. |

| I think that's like saying if The Stock Market is at it's highest point ever than there's no way it would crash. |

| How is that like saying that? That would be me saying "Wrestling is doing very well and it can't possibly die anytime."
That's not what I said at all. I said wrestling hasn't died yet. |

| You're argument is wrestling isn't dead at all. Which I would agree to. It doesn't matter that the number two promotion in America two years ago had to sell or go bankrupt. Your argument is that doesn't matter as long as wrestling is still happening. |

| The Attitude Era doesn't even compare to how good Mid-South 1983 was It's closer to WCW 1989. Great main events but a mostly trash undercard. |

| If it was so good then why did WWE's business shrink instead of grow? |

| I wonder if people in 2032 will say that NJPW in 2016-2017 was overrated. |

Some people don't like how many tag matches are on the cards right now. |

| I'll say this. The Juinor Heavyweight Tag Division has been great but for years the Heavyweight Tag Division has been very underwhelming. |
