New setting:

Waiver periods are now on Sundays & Wednesdays... so it's no longer every day that you can pick up a player in free agency. And you have to use your waivers wisely as that waiver priority list will come into effect now in the basketball league like it is in the football league. (if you remember there weren't any waivers last year unless someone was dropped from a team)

Also I made it 10 teams max so anyone can still join on top of the 6 who signed up. We need 8 minimum to make this happen.
