1. Don't Over expose the Bullet Club. Don't use them as a crutch and make it were everyone else is secondary. (See the nWo) Use the BC differently as they are already over so no need to try to make it all about them.

2. Try to adopted certain aspects of WWE's style of production to make them look very big league, try to present themselves as a big deal. This isn't a Problem in japan, but this is America and you got to present yourself as big as possible.

3. And try not to blow their load on big money matches (big problem in WWE as well) and try not to have every match be long and drawn out, save that for the bigger matches on PPVs and not on free tv. They can do it every now and then, but make it rare, make it special.

guess I will add this one too, tho it might be the hardest one for them to actually do.

4- Get on the biggest Network they can. None of this Pop, Des America, Comet, Fite Bullshit. Get on a big network. Now the problem is most of them probably don't want anything to do with wrestling. But just try to find someone bigger than what TNA and ROH have found.

before someone said, "WHy do they need a big network when they have NewJapanWorld?" You use the big TV network to promote NewJapanWorld. The more homes that TV Network reaches, the more likely more people will see the promotes to NewJapanWorld

Also they need to be prepare to lose money, a lot of money. Because starting this brand is a big risk for NJPW, but if they do it right they will start getting that money back.

maybe do the G1 differently Next Year. Instead of the A Block and B Block, you have The Japan Block and USA Block.

Why Not? They show the American block on America TV Network, and Japan on its Japan TV Network and promote it on both networks to go buy NJPW World to see the other block.

It's GFW levels of gimmicky nonsense. Japanese fans will treat the American block like a joke. With a culture so focused on upholding tradition, making that kind of a drastic change to such a long-running tournament will raise a lot of red flags from their fans.

You do know that the NJPW TV show airs at like 4AM over there, right? Their main source of consumer revenue is still ticket sales, especially for the G1. Taking half of the G1 matches and moving them to America is a horrible idea for their domestic fanbase. They can only do that if they know FOR SURE that they will draw more over here, which they absolutely won't.

Sometimes you gotta take a risk in order to succeed, if they are doing this American brand they have to go all or nothing with it. Isolating the American branch. I understand the Japanese culture is about keeping up with tradition (Even though the g1 itself has changed multiple times since the first one) but not including the American branch will make it look 2nd rate, the B show. If the company isn't going all in, why should the viewer. And yeah maybe not the first year do it like this. Maybe the first couple of years have an American G1 be it's own thing. But maybe 5 years in go for the world G1, to make the series look even bigger and more important

Tama g1 promo made a lot of sense. Njpw wants their brand to become worldly, than they need to do it.
Doesn't even have to be usa block vs Japan block it could be 2 Japan blocks and 2 world blocks.

This all depends on if they do the brand expansion or not. But if they do, they need to treat the American branch like it's a big deal
