No one really is to be honest. The only company that tried to keep their talent from WWE anymore is ROH. And all they're doing is matching WWE's offers. And if WWE really wanted to they could offer more than that SBG is willing to spend on ROH right now.

I wish WWE would get competition but as of right now, their only competition is themselves. They're seeing it with Raw/SD
