Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com is reporting that TNA President Billy Corgan has filed a lawsuit against TNA Impact Wrestling, its parent company Impact Ventures LLC, Dixie Carter, Carter's husband Serg Salias and TNA Chief Financial Officer Dean Broadhead. At this point, there are no details regarding the lawsuit and neither side has offered a comment on it. According to Ryan Satin of prowrestlingsheet.com, all documents are currently under seal and a restraining order was also issued.

Billy Corgan has been attempting to purchase TNA and re-brand the company. Corgan has helped finance several TNA tapings over the past several months and in August took over Dixie Carter's role as president of the company. Despite this, Carter still maintained majority ownership of the company. In addition to Corgan, Aroluxe Productions and The Fight Network also own minority shares in the company.

As previously reported, someone close to the situation told Dave Meltzer the following regarding the purchase negotiations:

“There are a lot of hurdles and games being played. She (Dixie Carter) has really made a mess and is responsible for all of it.”

Dixie Carter truly is the biggest piece of shit in wrestling today.

By the way I just wanted to let you guys know I'm not one of those people who seem to think Dixie Carter is a nice person. What she done is not ethical at all. I have no idea what her end game is.
