I saw WhatCultureWrestling Top 10 list and saw some major ass kissing to Jay Lethal because he is wrestling three shows for them. So to all the ROH fans on this site who are truly the top 10 best? Is Jay Really the best World Champion of all time?

"Ass Kissing"? Promoting the fact a major superstar who happens to hold a major World Title is going to appear for a few matches in their promotion is ass kissing? So, does that mean TNA spent all years kissing Sting or Kurt Angle's asses? No. It's called "marketing". "Promotion." There are many ways to do it. And imo, they did it the smart way. The fact people get butthurt because of a top10 that's more promotional than anything proves it :p

They placed Jay Lethal on top of that list purely because of their Partnership with ROH as well as the fact he was going to wrestle for WCPW for a couple of dates - defending the ROH Title there as well. Though in my opinion, I don't disagree with the list. The order could be changed yes, though, I won't discredit Jay Lethal's reign because of it.

In terms of promos Jay should probably be number one. Isn't that all that matters to you anyway?

Am I the only person who doesn't think Jay's that good at promos? I don't think he's awful at them, but his voice seriously ruins his promos for me. I would certainly not even think of Jay if the question regarding best talkers (even just in ROH) came up.

In the ring, tho.

Jay's a great wrestler. He just doesn't have that great challenger(s) outside Rodrick Strong. AJ Styles could have been it if he didn't sign with WWE. So no one bought him winning since everyone figured he was leaving.

It was cool to see Colt come back and they gave him credibility but I don't see him winning The ROH World Championship.

I'm not mad or anything. I mean you list Lethal below Xavier

Because his title reign has gotten stale. I can understand when they first put it on him because he was just getting into his mega heel run but then once he started beating the entire roster, it got boring. It's why I stopped giving a shit about his TV Title run. Long championship reigns are okay but there's probably a time where you should know when it's run it's course.

I've not watched enough ROH to be able to list a top ten based on how good their reigns were. Based on how good I think the wrestlers who've held the title are (and noting that there are some I've seen nothing/barely anything from), it'd be this:

2.) Tyler Black
3.) CM Punk
4.) Bryan Danielson
5.) Adam Cole
6.) Roderick Strong
7.) Jay Briscoe

Truthfully? They should of either thrown it on Kyle O' Reilly or thrown it on Colt Cabana to test those waters and see where it took them. They were building O'Reilly up to be a credible threat and then they knocked the momentum out from under him. I dont understand why ROH continues to do shit like that. They waited too long to do it with guys like Davey and Elgin and I have a feeling if they ever decide to let Kyle run with the ball it'll be too little too late.

Kyle O' Reilly isn't over as a main event guy. He's not going to out talk anyone. Yeah he's someone who could out wrestle anyone. When he was challenging for the title it's not like there was a ton of people who wanted him to become champion.

Davey Richards and Roderick Strong couldn't out talk people either and they were still made world champion.

That was before ROH was a TV product.

And Strong's reign wasn't great either.

I'd say give it back to Cole
