How many legit faces does WWE need?

This idea comes from my view of why Miz is involved in the Orton-Bryan-Corporation storyline.

In order to fill five hours every week (and more if you count the lesser shows), how many legit faces does the WWE need to keep people interested with decent story lines? Right now, the obvious top face is Bryan with Cena gone. That is a given. So how many more do they need to keep us watching?

As I see it, there aren't any other legit faces right now. Ziggler had potential but he is being buried (but still on TV). Punk is really a tweener and he seems to be floating in a storyline that should die soon because its best for business. Big Show is obviously going to turn because its easy. RVD is about to be gone. The only ones we have waiting to come back are Cody Rhodes and *groan* Cena.

Sadly, Miz is where he is because WWE hasn't bothered to build up any other faces.

Dolph Ziggler
- The dude is getting a huge reaction even though he isnt winning a lot of matches on television. He has all the potential in the world to be a huge face if WWE actually, for once, pulls the trigger.

CM Punk
- Whoever wrote this, is retarded. CM Punk isnt a tweener, he JUST cut a promo about the fans on monday (regardless if it was in his hometown or not, he still did it), and is in one of the biggest feuds with one of the best heel managers in the business right now.

The Big Show
- Who says he's turning heel...AGAIN? If anyone is paying attention to the angle where he's being controlled like a puppet by HHH, all the signs are leading towards him snapping and attacking HHH and or Orton. What does he have to gain by turning heel when he's doing things against his will? They already ran that angle LAST year when he aligned himself with Johnny Ace, so DONT rehash a year old angle.

Why the fuck do people keep saying Punk is a Tweener? For the love of God stop being ignorant, he's a giant ass damn face. Just because he isn't a cookie-cutter face doesn't make him any less of a face. Geez. Shaking Head

Anyway, a company should always have more Faces than heels. Think of it this way, ON PAPER (before any idiots go and say "Dat would never work!"), if a company were to have ALL Heels, it would never work. "Everyone's a bad guy! Booo you! Boooo you! Everyone of these guys hates us! Booooo!"

Whereas a show with ALL faces, "Wooo! I like that guy! Woooo that guy's cool too! Woooo I like both of these but I prefer the other one, woooo!"

Same applies when it comes to numbers. If a company where to have like 2 faces and a hundred heels, eventually they'd get sick of "Oh look, he overcame the odds against all the heels... again."
Whereas in a different scenario, there are a giant amount of faces and like 2-3 heels, the faces fight for the top spot while the heels sneak their way up there or cause chaos and have to feud. If the heels beat face after face, they look more heelish.
