According to F4WOnline.com, Sexy Star became the first ever female Lucha Underground Champion during the company’s Aztec Warfare 3 match taped for season three.

The match featured the previously undefeated Matanza suffer his first loss to WWE star Rey Mysterio. Later in the match it came down to Sexy Star and Mil Muertes, with Star pushing him through a table and stomping him to win the match and the Title.

The title change will air sometime in early 2017, when season three of the show airs.

At Sunday’s TV tapings, Star lost the title to Kobra Moon, so it appears Star’s title reign will last from one to three weeks, depending on how the episodes air.
