According to several live reports, NXT Diva Carmella was injured after a bad spot in her match against Eva Marie at last night’s WWE NXT live event in Nashville, Tennessee.
The injury happened when Eva Marie set up for an apron spot. Eva hung Carmella under the ropes on the apron, and went for a big boot type kick on the floor, but ended up legitimately kicking Carmella in the head.
The referee then threw up the ‘X’ and they went right to the finish, and doctors came down to check on Carmella. She was apparently knocked out for a bit, as seen in the photo below:
