PWInsider.com is reporting that WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch was arrested on Wednesday, September 23rd due to the bench warrant issued on September 3rd after she missed previous hearings for her May 30th arrest.

Sunny is currently in jail at the Carbon County Correctional Facility in Nesquehoning, Pennsylvania.

Sunny is scheduled to appear before a judge later today at 1:15pm. It’s possible that she will be held until her trial date, which is on December 7th.

Tammy Sytch appeared before a Judge in Carbon County, PA this afternoon. Her bail was set at $2,000. Sytch was arrested in may after being pulled over for recklessly driving in a Wal-Mart parking lot. Her charges include driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and careless driving.

Sytch also has to appear in court in Palmerton, PA, where she lives, for a preliminary hearing for two other DUI arrests. That court date is set for October 17th and chargers include DUI, driving without a license, failure to stay in her lane of traffic and careless driving.
