The lawsuit brought forth by TNA against Scott Steiner, originally filed back in 2012, is moving forward and has a new court date set of 2/11/16 in Nashville, TN, according to PWInsider.com.
TNA sued Steiner back in June 2012 and is seeking damages for comments Steiner made on social media disparaging TNA, Hulk Hogan, Bruce Prichard, Eric Bischoff and others. TNA is claiming Steiner breached his contract with TNA when he made the remarks, however Steiner is denying TNA’s claim and says he never agreed not to disparage the company. Nor does Steiner feel his remarks hurt TNA in anyway, and he further says his TNA deal had expired at the time he made the remarks.
