According to PWInsider.com, part of the deal Jeff Jarrett signed to return to TNA saw Dixie Carter and Panda Energy buyout Jarrett’s minority stake in TNA.

The deal signed also included Jeff Jarrett’s TNA Hall of Fame induction, GFW receiving promotion from TNA, and GFW having the ability to book TNA talents as needed.

The report notes the deal was completed a few days before the Jarretts cut their promo announcing they would be returning to TNA, and allows both sides part ways on good terms. The deal also allows TNA to make any moves the company wants without having to concern itself with Jarrett’s shares potentially being an issue.
