The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting both Rey Mysterio and Alberto El Patron were two names mentioned for possible WWE returns, but it’s not likely.

It’s being said neither one would return unless they could work a reduced date schedule, because they are satisfied working varied independent promotion dates. It was previously reported that Mysterio was discussed for a return, and there were even talks between Mysterio and WWE, but they were called mostly ‘insignificant’ discussions.

If I were Alberto I'd refuse. After what they've done, and all the racist stuff happening (Hogan's especially), I wouldn't want anything to do with them anymore.

It's funny WWE wanted to make El Patron a Hispanic hero but he didn't become one until his exit from WWE.

Mysterio should come back for the Hall Of Fame and that's it. His injury rate with WWE is not good.

Should of never fired Patron to begin with. He even said he was pretty much going to stay with the company when it came time to talk contracts.
