In a podcast interview with FOX Sports, Roman Regins was asked about The Rock and whether he would be at SummerSlam. Roman gave a very interesting answer:

“I wanna tell you, but I don’t want to give anything away.”

Roman went on to say, “Let’s just put it this way: It’s The Rock, Dwayne Johnson, biggest superstar on Earth, possibly. If he wants to show up to Brooklyn, he’s going to show up to Brooklyn. It wouldn’t be the first time and it probably won’t be the last time. It’s WWE; anything can happen.”

I wouldn’t be surprised if WWE told Roman to get the word out about The Rock. WWE made sure fans knew that The Rock would be appearing at the Royal Rumble back in January and The Rock had openly talked about being in New York City just hours before he appeared on an episode of Raw in 2014. Also, a week before WrestleMania, The Rock gave very obvious hints in an interview that he would be making a surprise appearance.
