TED CEDAR: “What an amazing match we just saw between Bruce Benjamin and Dante Cross for the Intercontinental Championship…What?...Alright, Ladies and Gentlemen, I’ve just gotten word that we have cameras backstage on a breaking story. Let’s go to that right now.”
The cameras cut backstage to a dark hallway in the back of the arena, near an exit. On the ground lays a man, unidentifiable from the current angle. The man is clearly unconscious. The camera swivels around, to reveal that the man who was laid out was Greg Samuel.
TED CEDAR: “That… that’s Greg Samuel!”
General Manager Benjamin Weaver comes running up to Samuel and leans down, checking on the former Number One Contender to Razor’s World Championship. Samuel is not responding.
BENJAMIN WEAVER: “SOMEBODY CALL AN AMBULANCE! GET THE TRAINERS IN HERE! COME ON! HE’S HURT!”
