Eternal Champions.

That fighting game is unbelievably hard starting with the first opponent. Not a very good game either.

Medal Of Honor Warfighter, the tier one difficulty is all through the story.
Player has 3 Lives. And each time a player dies lives are less. Ex: I died now I have 2 lives to continue all the story chapters with. <_<

Metal Gear Solid 1 when I first played it when I was like 13. Game was intense as heck back then.

Tomb Raider 3 was pretty difficult too. Can't actually recall ever completing it due to not being able to get very far in the London level.
